Nevertheless, its particular subject is the influence of the Amazonas’s cultural movement on the construction of Brazil’s current cultural politics, instituted by National Law no. 12.343/2010. By bringing together topics which have always been studied separately e and by specialized disciplines, this thesis sets up a new epistemological dimension to the object and a new theoretical-methodological mobilization to interpret it. This is not a specific research on cultural movements or cultural policies or cultural legislation. It isn’t also an expert study belonging to anthropology, philosophical aesthetics, political science, sociology or law. This thesis holds a multidimensional object and a non-specialized, cross-disciplinary analytical perspective. The aim is analyzing the interrelationship and mutual connections between cultural movements, aesthetic expressions, cultural politics and cultural legislations of each Brazilian historical period. The general thesis is that it was an Amazonian cultural movement the only one in history that formulated a cultural policy of society for the Brazilian State and of a peripheral region for the entire federative Republic of Brazil. Therefore, this is an academic study based on contemporary epistemological, theoretical, methodological, formal and technical conceptions. This is a thesis guided by recognized contemporary standards of production and validation of philosophical-scientific knowledge. / O assunto geral desta tese de doutorado é a relação entre movimento cultural, política cultural e legislação cultural na história do Brasil. Mas seu tema concreto é a influência do movimento cultural amazonense na construção da atual política cultural do Estado brasileiro, instituída pela Lei 12.343/2010. Ao aproximar estes temas antes sempre estudados separadamente e por disciplinas especializadas, esta tese estabelece uma nova dimensão epistemológica para o objeto e uma nova mobilização teórico-metodológica para interpretá-lo. Ela não é um estudo específico nem sobre movimentos culturais, nem sobre suas expressões estéticas, nem sobre políticas culturais e nem sobre legislações culturais. Também não é um estudo especializado e próprio da antropologia, da estética filosófica, da ciência política, da sociologia ou do direito. Ao inverso, esta tese possui um objeto multidimensional e uma perspectiva analítica nãoespecializada e transdisciplinar. Seu objetivo é analisar as inter-relações e conexões recíprocas entre movimentos culturais, expressões estéticas, políticas culturais e legislações culturais, em cada período da história do Brasil. A tese geral sustentada é que foi um movimento cultural amazonense o único da história que formulou uma política cultural da sociedade para o Estado brasileiro e de uma região dita periférica para toda a República federativa do Brasil. Trata-se, portanto, de um estudo acadêmico, com suas dimensões epistemológicas, teórico-metodológicas, formais e técnicas estabelecidas segundo razoáveis padrões contemporâneos reconhecidos de produção e validação do conhecimento filosóficocientífico.
