1	Dynamické epistemické logiky / Dynamic epistemic logics Pivoňková, Martina January 2012 (has links) In this thesis we will deal with the logic of public announcement which is a dynamic extension of epistemic logic. First we will explain the logic of truthful public announcement for the multiagent S5 system. Then we will examine what the public announcement can look like in systems weaker than S5. We will focus namely on systems in which the T axiom is invalid and the epistemic modality is interpreted not as a "knowledge" but as a "belief". We will create new semantics of public announcement which is not necessarily truthful but it is believed to be true. We will also try to axiomatize systems that have arisen in this way. 2	Logics of belief Viljoen, Elizabeth 04 1900 (has links) The inadequacy of the usual possible world semantics of modal languages when the meaning of 'belief' is attached to the modal operator is discussed. Three other approaches are then investigated. In the case of Moore's autoepistemic logic it becomes possible to compare an agent's beliefs to 'reality', which cannot be done directly in the possible world semantics. Levesque's semantics makes explicit in the object language the notion of 'this is all the information the agent has', which plays an important role in nonmonotonic reasoning. Both of these approaches deal with ideal reasoners. The third approach, Konolige's deduction model, is based on a semantics capable of describing the beliefs of one or more resourcebounded agents.
