Presented master thesis deals with project management. Thesis describes in detail methods used for project management and the project management life cycle. The aim of this thesis is in innovation of project methodology in company Pontech s.r.o. In written down methodology are described processes occurring in all phases of managing projects, which are important for effectiveness.

[pt] Neste trabalho propomos um framework lógico para sistemas de Dedução Natural rotulados. Sua meta-linguagem é baseada numa generalização dos esquemas de regras propostos por Prawitz, e o uso de rótulos permite a definição de lógicas intencionais como lógicas modais e de descrição, bem como a definição uniforme de quantificadores como o para um número não-renumerável de indivíduos vale a propriedade P (lógica de Keisler), ou para quase todos os indivíduos vale P (lógica de ultra-filtros), sem mencionar os quantificadores padrões de lógica de primeira-ordem. Mostramos também a implementação deste framework em um assistente de prova virtual disponível livremente na web, e comparamos a definição de sistemas lógicos nele com o mesmo feito em outros assistentes — Agda, Isabelle, Lean, Metamath. Como subproduto deste experimento comparativo, também contribuímos uma prova formal em Lean do postulado de Zolt em três dimensões usando o sistema Zp proposto por Giovaninni et al. / [en] We propose a Logical Framework for labelled Natural Deduction systems. Its meta-language is based on a generalization of the rule schemas proposed by Prawitz, and the use of labels allows the definition of intentional logics, such as Modal Logic and Description Logic, as well as some quantifiers, such as Keisler s for non-denumerable-many individuals property P, or for almost all individuals P holds, or generally P holds, not to mention standard first-order logic quantifiers, all in a uniform way. We also show an implementation of this framework as a freely-available web-based proof assistant. We then compare the definition of logical systems in our implementation and in other proof assistants — Agda, Isabelle, Lean, Metamath. As a sub-product of this comparison experiment, we contribute a formal proof (in Lean) of De Zolt s postulate for three dimensions, using the Zp system proposed by Giovaninni et al.

The main aim of this dissertation is to provide a practical guide for entrepreneurs in the field of structure funds EU, describing of necessary information, which are important in area of project preparation, administration, realization and finalization. This guide should contribute to easier orientation of applicants in the structure funds area, improve quality of submitted projects and in consequence increase amount of drawing from structure funds EU in the Czech Republic.

The theme of this master´s thesis is a feasibility analysis of planned construction of an enviromentally friendly hotel in the Czech context on the example of Yves Rocher company. The reason for choosing this topic is my interest in the enviromental pro-tection and an effort to point out the advantages of implementing the principles of enviromentally aware into the company´s own strategy. The thesis focuses on the interests of potential clientele and the level of viability of the future accommodation facility with the goal of verifying whether there is realistically a chance of profitability of a project involving the construction of an enviromentally friendly hotel in the Czech enviroment. A complete analysis is carried out during the pre-stage to determine the above mentioned aspects and it´s main focus is an opportunity study and feasibility study. Public opinion data was gathered using a survey among 160 independent respondents. SLEPT analysis was used for a detailed analysis of the external environment of the enviromentally friendly hotel. It´s technical functionality allows detailed characterization of each segment including the impacts that any action in those given segments can have. These impacts can be a key indicator for establishing the required market stability. The SWOT analysis was used for the final summary of the gathered results. This summary was then implemented in the Logical Framework approach with the goal of final recapitulation of the project´s design.

Diploma thesis focuses on the development of parking building with commercial premises Rychtářka in Plzeň, which is realized in the form of public and private sector partnership. The thesis deals with effective application of project management methods in light of the general contractor Hermosa Parking Plzeň a.s. Information and knowledge gained in the theoretical part of the thesis are then used in the practical part for the design of project management methodics on development project Rychtářka. The outcome of practical part of the thesis is project management methodic, which should help to secure the optimal solution for complex structured process that leads to the realization of parking building Rychtářka and the compliance with all the specific characteristics of development projects.

The solution is designed as an information base for continuing professional education. The purpose of the databank is gradually collect information of trends and analyzes in the field of continuing education, ideas and practices, methods, teaching aids, case studies, tests and other guidelines and sources of information. Author documented the results of the analysis of the problem and created solution using methods of project management solutions. The new solution is graphic design, database design and description using the RF model, and UML diagrams. Technologies used in the design databank are the programming language PHP and MySQL relational database. The conclusion evaluates the success of database applications implementation, where is the most interesting findings that the application is used very often in the exam period, when it was mostly used by students to obtain the most suitable materials for self-study.
