The need for research lies in the fact that the implementation of the production activities of enterprises of all sectors and legal forms associated with the desire to obtain the highest possible profit as a result of the activities. The relevance of the research is that the achievement of high results of activity of the enterprise is impossible without effective management of production costs and sales. The process of formation of expenses of the company is quite relevant to all, as to how rational they will be formed at each enterprise separately and in the economy as a whole depends on efficiency of functioning of the economy and a whole.

Final qualification work (master thesis) is devoted to study of theoretical aspects of the economic nature of the company's costs, the assessment of the main financial indicators of the enterprise's activities, the analysis of its cost structure, the identification of cost management problems and the development of measures aimed at minimizing costs in the enterprise. The need for scientific research is to clarify the methods of cost management, as well as to develop measures to reduce costs. Необходимость научного исследования заключается в уточнении методов управления затратами, а также же в разработке мероприятий по снижению затрат. Актуальность научного исследования заключается в том, что на современном этапе развития экономики все большее значение приобретает снижение затрат на производстве.

The purpose of this work is to study the methods of cost management, the analysis of the structure of costs for production and sales of products at the enterprise NPP "DVM", the identification of problems and the development of ways to solve them. In this paper, the essence, the structure of costs for production and sales of products are analyzed, the influence of the cost structure on the financial performance of the NPP "DVM" is analyzed, the problems of cost management of the enterprise are revealed and cost minimization measures are proposed to increase the profitability and profitability of the enterprise. / Актуальность темы исследования заключается в том, что в современных условиях развития экономики необходимо уделять особое внимание снижению затрат на производство и реализацию продукции. Целью данной работы является исследование методов управления затратами, анализ структуры затрат на производство и реализацию продукции на предприятии ООО НПП «ДВМ», выявление проблем и разработка путей их решения. В данной работе исследованы сущность, структуру затрат на производство и реализацию продукции, проанализировано влияние структуры затрат на финансовые показатели деятельности ООО НПП «ДВМ», выявлены проблемы управления затратами предприятия и предложены мероприятия по минимизации затрат, с целью увеличения прибыльности и рентабельности предприятия.

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the current market situation, which obliges enterprises to conduct a continuous search for ways to improve the efficiency of economic activity. As a result, the study of both theoretical and practical methods of cost management, depending on the industry of the subject, is of particular importance in solving this issue. The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve the cost management system for the production and sales of the enterprise as a result of the study of the theoretical foundations of this issue and a detailed analysis of the cost structure on the example of a large Russian manufacturing company. In this paper we investigate the essence, the structure of expenses for production and sales, analyzed the impact of cost structure on the production and sale of products on financial performance of OJSC "Zhirovoy Kombinat" identified the problems of cost management of OJSC "Zhirovoy Kombinat" and proposed measures to minimise costs, to increase profitability and plant profitability. / Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена настоящей рыночной ситуацией, которая обязывает предприятия вести непрерывный поиск путей повышения эффективности экономической деятельности. В результате чего особую значимость при решении этого вопроса приобретает исследование как теоретических, так и практических методов управления затратами в зависимости от отраслевой принадлежности субъекта. Цель магистерской диссертации заключается в совершенствовании системы управления затратами на производство и реализацию продукции предприятия в результате изучения теоретических основ данного вопроса и детального анализа структуры затрат на примере крупной российской производственной компании. В данной работе исследованы сущность, структуру затрат на производство и реализацию продукции, проанализировано влияние структуры затрат на производство и реализацию продукции на финансовые показатели деятельности ОАО «Жировой комбинат», выявлены проблемы управления затратами ОАО «Жировой комбинат» и предложены мероприятия по минимизации затрат, с целью увеличения прибыльности и рентабельности предприятия.
