The thesis discusses the impact of nostrification action on particular companies mining and metallurgical industries in inter-war Czechoslovakia. The aim of the analysis is to test the hypothesis of nostrification as "clientelist changing of the guard" on the particular case of the three largest mining and metallurgical enterprises in First Republic of Czechoslovakia. First is discussed the state of the mining and metallurgical industry as a whole. Then there is brief discuss about nostrification. Finally, there are particular companies analyzed. Final opinion to the defined hypothesis is discussed, through the answer on a defined set of questions

Развитие методических подходов к оценке инвестиционных проектов позволит повысить качество принимаемых решений и оптимизировать инвестиционные процессы в отрасли, что, в свою очередь, будет способствовать устойчивому экономическому развитию и повышению конкурентоспособности горно-металлургических предприятий. Цель исследования заключается в разработке комплексной методики оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов горно-металлургических предприятий, включающей в себя рассмотрение количественных и качественных показателей эффективности проекта. / The topic of evaluating investment projects of mining and metallurgical enterprises is relevant and in demand in the modern business community. The development of methodological approaches to the evaluation of investment projects will improve the quality of decisions and optimize investment processes in the industry, which, in turn, will contribute to sustainable economic development and increase the competitiveness of mining and metallurgical enterprises. The purpose of the study is to develop a comprehensive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects of mining and metallurgical enterprises, including consideration of quantitative and qualitative indicators of project effectiveness.
