Studie výstavby MVE na střednín a dolním toku řeky Moravy / Study of the small water power plant which is situated in the middle and lower reach of river Morava

Dočkal, Jiří January 2008 (has links)
The present thesis deals with the description of the current state on the course of Morava river from small hydro Kromeriz after a small water plant Hodonin. Subsequently, I deal with the description of search of weir plants and weirs for the construction of small hydropower (especially their heads, structures and, where appropriate, possible adaptation). Then I deal with completion new hydroelectric plants on this founded weir plants and weirs which are in section between the small hydroelectric power Kromeriz and Lanžhot city on the Czech Republic side (Brodské on the Slovak Republic side). In this work is mainly focus on the calculation of installed performance in individual locations (and also the calculation of achievable performance in these locations), machinery design (for the use of selected sets from Hydrohrom company) and the way the configuration of the power switch. If it is in those places, řeším even more possibilities of this construction is splavnění view of the river, especially in the field of Hodonin - Lanžhot. In addition, deals with the design of line side cubicle of each switch to local distribution networks (draft routes). In the last phase deals with the size of the production in each generation, calculations of costs of constructing these plants, approximate calculation of the production (of the flows of 2007) and time of return on your investment in the construction.

A generalization of the minimum classification error (MCE) training method for speech recognition and detection

Fu, Qiang 15 January 2008 (has links)
The model training algorithm is a critical component in the statistical pattern recognition approaches which are based on the Bayes decision theory. Conventional applications of the Bayes decision theory usually assume uniform error cost and result in a ubiquitous use of the maximum a posteriori (MAP) decision policy and the paradigm of distribution estimation as practice in the design of a statistical pattern recognition system. The minimum classification error (MCE) training method is proposed to overcome some substantial limitations for the conventional distribution estimation methods. In this thesis, three aspects of the MCE method are generalized. First, an optimal classifier/recognizer design framework is constructed, aiming at minimizing non-uniform error cost.A generalized training criterion named weighted MCE is proposed for pattern and speech recognition tasks with non-uniform error cost. Second, the MCE method for speech recognition tasks requires appropriate management of multiple recognition hypotheses for each data segment. A modified version of the MCE method with a new approach to selecting and organizing recognition hypotheses is proposed for continuous phoneme recognition. Third, the minimum verification error (MVE) method for detection-based automatic speech recognition (ASR) is studied. The MVE method can be viewed as a special version of the MCE method which aims at minimizing detection/verification errors. We present many experiments on pattern recognition and speech recognition tasks to justify the effectiveness of our generalizations.

Studie návrhu hydrotechnických a biotechnických opatření na levém břehu řeky Svratky v k.ú. Ujčov, cca ř. km 93,8 - 94,1

Bureš, František January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis Study of the proposal of hydraulic and biotechnical measures on the left bank of the river Svratka in the cadastral area Ujčov, of approx. km 93.8 to 94.1, builds on the previous bachelor thesis Study of selected land on the river Svratka in the village Ujčov. This work is a suggestion to adjust the area in terms of the appropriate use of land, which is owned by the author's family. The affected area lies at the weir on the river Svratka and is currently made up of a pool, which is a relic of the arm of Svratka. The pool is followed by a wetland and grassland with wood vegetation. The first part consists of a literature review and analysis of the issue areas, including its historical development. The practical part is focused on individual hydraulic engineering and biotechnical modifications in the area.

Entwicklung eines Modells dynamisch-muskulärer Arbeitsbeanspruchungen auf Basis digitaler Menschmodelle

Mühlstedt, Jens 31 August 2012 (has links) (PDF)
Digital human models for human factors are used as tools for virtual ergonomics and the design of products and workplaces. In this work the use of the systems is analysed with theoretical models and an empirical study. Therefore, disadvantages of the systems are identified. A main idea for further developments is the research on ergonomic approaches and models, especially for movements and the strain caused by movements. Digital human models are capable to assess work processes based on data from simulations. In this work a new human factors orientated rating model for muscular strains is developed and evaluated. A test stand generates and standardizes the stress. In a laboratory survey the stress parameters are analysed. The variation of the static torque part, the angular velocity and the torque direction cause changes in the muscular strains. Hence, these muscular strains are measured electromyographically. A new normalisation method, the normalized standard movement, is introduced. The survey shows the existence of a correlation of static torque part and work strain. Depending on the muscle type, the angular velocity either affects the work strain linear increasing or does not affect it.
