Cette thèse de doctorat en Sciences de Gestion s’effectue en contrat CIFRE au sein d’un Bureau d’Etudes Techniques, B.E.T., situé en région Languedoc-Roussillon, depuis septembre 2013. Le terrain de recherche concerne le secteur du bâtiment. La question de recherche s’oriente vers le secteur du bâtiment et porte plus particulièrement sur l’impact des réseaux informels sur la coordination et la gestion des coûts de transaction dans les activités liées à l’aménagement et à la construction. / This PhD in Management Science is done by contract CIFRE within a Technical Study Bureau, BET, located in Languedoc-Roussillon area since September 2013.
