Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito do fornecimento de Zn (sulfato de zinco) e B (ácido bórico) no rizoma, via broto desbastado (através de perfuração feita com o desbastador lurdinha), na nutrição e na produção da bananeira Prata-Anã, sob irrigação, em três ciclos produtivos. O experimento foi conduzido de fevereiro de 2003 a novembro de 2005, em um bananal de 6,7 anos, em Latossololo Vermelho-Amarelo distrófico. Os 20 tratamentos resultantes do fatorial 5 x 4, com 5 doses de zinco (0; 2,5; 5,0; 7,5 e 10,0 g de Zn por planta por ano) e 4 doses de B (0; 0,68; 1,36 e 2,04 g B por planta por ano), foram distribuídos de acordo com o Delineamento Inteiramente Casualizado (DIC), com 10 repetições de uma planta por parcela. Fizeram-se avaliações na floração (período, altura da planta, circunferência do pseudocaule, número de folhas, comprimento e largura da terceira folha, teores foliares de nutrientes), colheita (período; número de folhas; adensamento da roseta foliar; caracterização do cacho por: massa total e da ráquis; número de pencas; número de frutos e massa das 10 primeiras pencas; diâmetro, comprimento e massa dos frutos das duas primeiras pencas). Os tratamentos resultaram em alterações nos teores foliares de nutrientes, porém sem alterar a condição nutricional quando se consideram as faixas de suficiência. As plantas apresentaram deficiência de Zn no segundo e terceiro ciclos avaliados, em todos os tratamentos. Embora o fornecimento de Zn tenha promovido alterações nas características da produção, não houve ajuste de modelo de regressão. / Abstract: The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of the supply of Zn (zinc sulphate) and B (boric acid) in the rhizome, through thinned seedling (through perforation done with the dressing chisel "lurdinha"), in the nutrition and in the production of the banana tree 'Prata-Anã', under irrigation, in three productive cycles. The experiment was led from February 2003 to October 2005 in a 6.6 year-old banana plantation, in Oxisol. The 20 resulting treatments of factorial 5 x 4, with 5 doses of zinc (0; 2.5; 5.0; 7.5 and 10.0 g of Zn for plant a year) and 4 doses of B (0; 0.68; 1.36 and 2.04 g B for plant a year) were distributed according to Entirely Randomized Blocks, with 10 replicates of one plant per parcel. Evaluations were made in the flowering (period, height of the plant, circumference of the pseudostem, number of leaves, length and width of the third leaf, leaf tenors of nutrients), crop (period; number of leaves; thickening of the leaf rosette; characterization of the bunch for: total mass and of the rachis; number of hands; number of fruits and mass of the first 10 hands; diameter, length and mass of the fruits of the first two hands). The treatments resulted in alterations in the leaf tenors of nutrients, however without altering the nutritional condition when considered the sufficiency zones. The plants presented deficiency of Zn in the second and third appraised cycles, in all the treatments.
