The diploma thesis analyses Sportovní a rekreační zařízení města Ostravy, s.r.o. from a marketing perspective. The main goal is to report on the status and trends of marketing activities of the company and suggest possible improvements. The theoretical part defines a general marketing and specifics of marketing in services. In the practical part, the situation analysis evaluated the macro environment and microenvironment and costumer focused marketing research was conducted. Then the status of existing marketing toolkit is analysed. The core of the thesis is to assemble marketing strategy regarding the facts that have been emerged from the situational analysis.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom marketingovej stratégie vybranej spoločnosti. Návrh bol realizovaný na základe požiadavok start-up spoločnosti, ktorá sa zaoberá predovšetkým vývojom softvéru, chce expandovať do zahraničia a nemá žiadne skúsenosti s marketingom. V práci je prevedená externá aj interná analýza spoločnosti. Taktiež bola prevedená analýza kľúčových faktorov úspechu a analýza hlavných konkurentov. Interná analýza spoločnosti pozostáva zo 4 P marketingového mixu a SWOT analýzy. Posledná časť práce vyberá vhodnú stratégiu vstupu na zahraničný trh a detailne analyzuje návrhy pre marketingový mix spoločnosti. V práci je taktiež navrhnutý zjednodušený finančný plán. Na konci práce sú zhodnotené prínosy diplomovej práce pre vybranú spoločnosť.

The first part is focusing on the theoretical knowledge associated with this topic. Second part, using theoretical knowledge, is focusing on the analysis on the current situation in the company. In the internet area and on the overall marketing strategy situation. From these facts and dates we found out is created the 3th and last part of these diploma thesis which is focused on the suggestion for improvement a marketing strategy. These improvement, should lead to the acquisition to some new costumers, increase a profit for the company and increase a competitiveness of the company on the market.
