Programové vybavení pro práci s mikroskopickým obrazem / Software for Microscope Image Processing and Analysis

Pavlišta, Libor January 2012 (has links)
This project informs about the basic image processing on grayscale and binary images. The project deals with analyzing the data obtained. Acquaints with terms such as morphology and image segmentation. Acquired knowledge is applied to create a program to complete the processing of microscopic images in LabView programming environment with subsequent analysis and plotting of results into image. For a better idea supporting data about operation in progress are continuous images.

Moderní prostředky pro digitální snímání scény / Modern methods for digital scene capturing

Nováček, Petr January 2015 (has links)
The thesis composes conventional and modern methods for digital scene capturing. The target of the thesis is a comparison of CMOS with Bayer mask and Foveon X3 Merrill sensors followed by a design of algorithms for image fusion which can combine advantages of the both sensor types. The thesis starts with an introduction and a description of methods and processes leading to scene capturing. The next part deals with capturing a gallery of test images and with a comparison of both sensors based on the gallery images. Further there are algorithms designed for image fusion which can combine advantages of the selected sensors. The last part of the thesis is devoted to an evaluation of results and of the used algorithms.

Charakterizace struktur připravených selektivním mokrým leptáním křemíku / Characterization of structures fabricated by selective wet etching of silicon

Metelka, Ondřej January 2014 (has links)
The task of master’s thesis was to perform optimalization process for preparing metal etching mask by electron beam litography and subsequent selective wet ething of silicon with crystalographic orientation (100). Further characterization of etched surface and fabricated structures was performed. In particular, attention was given to the morphology demonstrated by scanning electron microscopy and study changes of the optical properties of gold plasmonic antennas due to their undercut.
