Asimetrijos įtaka daugiasluoksnių konstrukcinių elementų standumui ir stiprumui / The influence of asymmetry on tightness and strength of constructional elements

Taujenis, Giedrius 13 June 2005 (has links)
The aim of the paper is to analyse the consistent patterns of geometric centres, rigidity centres, distribution of the rigidity and strength of multilayer rods by changing the geometric characteristics of layers, the distribution of materials on the cross-section of structural element given asymmetric two-layer structures. The dynamics of variation of geometrical and tightness centres, extreme to the bend of tightness and strength values of a two-layer rod was analysed in the work. Six structures were chosen and formed while point A was moving horizontally, vertically and diagonally. The regularities of the position of neutral layers, the change of tightness to bend in asymmetric multilayer structural elements from the thickness of layers and the change of the modules of the elasticity of materials forming them were analysed. The analysis was carried out using analytical terms. There were set dependences describing the change of Dmax in asymmetrical two-layer rods, depending on ψ parameter. The intensity of change depends on the modules of elasticity of the materials composing the layers. The new scantling model of a multilayer rod was proposed (the form of its layers is polygonal, which does not constrict the generality as the sides of the polygons may be as small as possible). This model makes it possible to measure the tightness of the rod to bend in any direction as well as extreme values of tightness and the corresponding directions of neutral layers and the...
