It was proposed to verify the methodological possibilities offered by the Mathematical Modeling for the improvement of the learning process of the contents of Mathematical Functions and Statistics. This research was based on research and action and had a qualitative approach, based on questionnaires and lookouts of the activities developed by the pupils. The initial and final questionnaires answered by the students were analyzed and compared, as well as the researsher s lookouts, duly registered in guidelines of comments. The students were able to propose and solve problematic situations based on the proposed theme and assumed an active position on the process of teaching and learning. As a result of the research it could be said that the Mathematical Modeling, as a teaching strategy, made possible the construction of mathematical concepts related with the mathematical functions and statistics and it contributed for the improvement of the learning. The experience of education with Mathematical Modeling enable the students to have the duty of a researcher and to the teacher, indispensable element of the process, the function of a guide. / A presente dissertação apresenta uma pesquisa realizada através da adoção da Modelagem Matemática como estratégia de ensino e aprendizagem, numa primeira série do Ensino Médio, discutindo o tema Alimentação, Questões sobre Obesidade e Desnutrição . Propôs verificar as possibilidades metodológicas oferecidas pela Modelagem Matemática para a melhoria da aprendizagem dos conteúdos de Funções e Estatística. A pesquisa foi do tipo pesquisa-ação e teve uma abordagem qualitativa, baseada em questionários e observações das atividades desenvolvidas pelos alunos. Os questionários, inicial e final, aplicados aos alunos, foram analisados e comparados, e as observações realizadas pela autora foram devidamente registradas em pautas de observações. Os alunos foram capazes de propor e resolver situações-problema a partir do tema proposto e assumiram um papel ativo no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Como resultado da pesquisa pode-se afirmar que a Modelagem Matemática, como estratégia de ensino, possibilitou a construção de conceitos matemáticos relacionados com Funções e Estatística e contribuiu para a melhoria da aprendizagem. As experiências de ensino com Modelagem Matemática oportunizaram ao aluno o papel de pesquisador e ao professor, elemento indispensável do processo, o papel de orientador.

The Federal Government along with the Ministry of Education have submitted social program aimed at the young Brazilian to turn professional and be able to face a competitive job market. Among the program of the Government highlights the Prouni, (University for All Program) is a program of the Ministry of Education created in 2004 with the purpose of grant of partial and full education (50per cent of the tuition fee) in private institutions of higher learning in undergraduate courses exclusively designed to Brazilian students who have not attended higher education. These scholarships are awarded to students who participated in the National High School Exam (ESMS). In 2011, the Ministry of Education created the design of the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment (Pronatec) in order to expand the supply of vocational and technical education. With these and other programs offered by the government is intended to prepare young people for the labor market and other occupations that may be generating income. The guiding question of the study is: what is the role of the school manager of high school and their actions to the professional qualifications of the student? Through its objective, the research seeks to analyze the school management in secondary education, focusing on the role of manager of a public school, in vocational training to students of secondary education process. To assist in achieving this objective, two specific objectives were defined: a) analyze the actions and political conceptions of perception management by the faculty and staff of the school, b) analyze the actions aimed at the qualification for the vision of the students in the course and graduates. This is a survey that will be exploratory and descriptive qualitative. The desk research, interviews and semistructured, are part of the collection of data that will support the final analysis. The scientific and social contribution is discussed in this paper is a reflection on the school management of secondary education, the vocational qualification process of the students. / A presente dissertação trata do papel da gestão escolar no Ensino Médio, no processo de qualificação profissional dos alunos em uma escola pública estadual na periferia do município de Osasco São Paulo. Observa-se que um novo modelo de gestão na educação é discutido nos últimos anos no Brasil. Os Governos Federais junto com o Ministério da Educação têm apresentado programas sociais com o objetivo de que o jovem brasileiro possa se profissionalizar e estar apto a enfrentar um mercado de trabalho competitivo. Entre os programas do Governo destaca-se o Prouni, (Programa de Universidade para todos), representa um programa do Ministério da Educação criado em 2004 com a finalidade de conceder bolsas de ensino integral e parcial em instituições privadas de ensino superior, em cursos de graduação, destinada a estudantes brasileiros que não tenham cursado o ensino superior. Essas bolsas são concedidas aos alunos que participaram do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM). Em 2011, o Ministério da Educação criou o Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego (Pronatec) com o propósito de ampliar a oferta de cursos de educação profissional e tecnológica. Com esses e outros programas oferecidos pelo Governo pretende-se preparar os jovens para o mercado de trabalho. A pergunta norteadora deste estudo é: qual o papel do gestor escolar do Ensino Médio e suas ações visando a qualificação profissional do aluno? A pesquisa busca analisar a gestão escolar no Ensino Médio, tendo como foco o papel do gestor de uma escola pública no processo de escolha da qualificação profissional dos alunos do Ensino Médio. Para auxiliar o alcance desse objetivo, foram delimitados dois aspectos para estudo: a) analisar as ações e concepções políticas da gestão escolar pela percepção do corpo docente e de funcionários da escola; b) analisar as ações da gestão escolar visando à qualificação profissional por meio da visão de alunos em curso e de egressos. Trata-se de uma pesquisa que será qualitativa exploratória- descritiva. A pesquisa documental e as entrevistas semiestruturadas fazem parte da coleta de dados que irão subsidiar a análise final. A contribuição científica e social que se discute neste trabalho é a reflexão sobre a gestão da escola no Ensino Médio no processo de qualificação profissional dos alunos.

Mediální výchova na 2. stupni ZŠ z pohledu budoucího učitele Občanské výchovy / Media Education at the 2nd primary school from the perspective of the future teachers of civic education

This thesis deals with the teaching of media education at the upper primary school from the perspective of the future teacher of civic education. The first section defines some of the topics that are part of media education and media literacy, they provide the reader basic information about this issue. The practical part contains my own research, whose aim is to identify and compare the development of media education in different schools from the perspective of both pupils of the 9th class and the future teacher of civic education. Part of this practice section are results of the research whose aim was to investigate if teachers systematically and purposefully work with the cross-cutting theme of media education and how they integrate it into education. For the research there was used direct observation in the lessons and questionnaires for pupils of the 9th forms of primary school.
