The work took place in a multidisciplinary dimension among the history, the sociology and the education. It is from nature methodology, so it aims at the systematization of new technologies of the information and communication for constitution and organization of heap of memory and also to promote the creation of centers of school documentation. The principal objective was to reach through case study, in an investigation carried out in the interior of a school of the basic education in Dourados city, the construction of a nucleus preservationist of social memory, disposing of the community itself for the development of the proposal. The approach methodology is defined by the articulated use of two important theoretical referential systems and methodological: the oral history and the sociological intervention. Also the approach was important and necessary on the question of the fountains / documents, when to provoke an intervention in the institution of the case study, based on the apprehension of the memory of the daily life was justified in the proposal of the inquiry. In this way, the option appeared for the work with oral fountains, in other words, to show up the wealth of the oral narratives and to produce a mechanism of apprehension and preservation of the voice of the school subjects. In terms of relevance, a reflection is looked also around the local and regional history. As for the results, the most expected thing went to creation of the center of school documentation, so, the institution of the case study gained a nucleus preservationist of the school memory. / Esta pesquisa se insere na perspectiva das investigações do campo da história da educação brasileira e na temática da história e memória de instituições escolares. O trabalho ocorreu numa dimensão multidisciplinar entre a história, a sociologia e a educação. É de natureza metodológica, pois objetiva a sistematização de novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação para constituição e organização de acervo de memória e também para fomentar a criação de centros de documentação escolar. O principal objetivo era alcançar através de estudo de caso, numa investigação realizada no interior de uma escola da educação básica da cidade de Dourados, a construção de um núcleo preservacionista de memória social, contando com a própria comunidade para o desenvolvimento da proposta. A abordagem metodológica se define pela utilização articulada de dois importantes referenciais teóricos e metodológicos: a história oral e a intervenção sociológica. Também foi importante e necessária a abordagem sobre a questão das fontes/documentos, justificado na proposta da pesquisa provocar uma intervenção na instituição do estudo de caso, baseada na apreensão da memória do cotidiano. Dessa maneira, surgiu a opção pelo trabalho com fontes orais, ou seja, evidenciar a riqueza das narrativas orais e produzir um mecanismo de apreensão e preservação da voz dos sujeitos escolares. Em termos de relevância, se busca também uma reflexão em torno da história local e regional. Quanto aos resultados, o mais esperado foi a criação do centro de documentação escolar, assim, a instituição do estudo de caso ganhou um núcleo preservacionista da memória escolar.
