The income-based methods of discounted cash flow and economic value added were used for the estimation of the value of the company. There are stated theoretical assumptions and the process of estimation of the value of company in the introduction of the work. The practical part consists of strategic, financial, and SWOT analysis of the company. At the end of the work the particular valuation methods are applied and in the conclusion there is reported the statement of value of the company at 31. 12. 2013.
