Un modelo explicativo de la migración desde las experiencias migratorias / Un modelo explicativo de la migración desde las experiencias migratorias

Cozzani, María Rosa 10 April 2018 (has links)
The Third Milleniun shows a world with a great population mobility where to some extendpeople try to hedge the great income disparities among regions. Migrations are a human pro- cess of socio-relational and multi-dimensional character, highly selective and differential that obligates at distinct levels of interaction degrees not only migrant individuals but also receptive societies that support the adaptation processes, which later may give birth to cultural hybrids very significant to the places. In this paper I analyze the condition factors of migration and their effects on the definition of migratory potential and decision to emigrate.

Studium migračního potenciálu testikulárních kmenových buněk u Xenopus tropicalis / Study of migration potential of testicular stem cells in Xenopus tropicalis

Fuxová, Helena January 2013 (has links)
Because of their possible therapeutic potential stem cells are one of the most promising fields of study in biology. The aim of this thesis was to study the migration potential of testicular stem cells of Xenopus tropicalis, whose culture was established from the testes of juvenile males in the laboratory of my supervisor. Due to external fertilization and embryonic development Xenopus represents an ideal model organism for transplantation and microinjection experiments in-vivo. Transplantation of vital marked (PKH26) testicular stem cells into blastula and peritoneum of tadpoles showed their wide migratory potential including intestine (entoderm), heart, pronephros, genital groove (mesoderm) and epidermis (ectoderm). Based on my experiments, I found that the ideal number of cells for transplantation ranges between 250-500 per tadpole. To further characterize the stem cells, I constructed a plasmid vector carrying a gene for a red fluorescent protein. This plasmid was then used for preparation of frogs with whole-body expression of Katushka RFP under control of CAG promoter. The next aim is to gain the RFP positive offspring by crossing the transgenic individuals with the wild type. Male offspring can be used for establishing culture of testicular stem cells stably expressing the reporter gene. In this way...

Vliv emigrace rodičů na hodnotovou orientaci a migrační chování dětí - případová studie vysokoškolských studentů v Moldavsku / The Effect of Parental Emigration on Transformation of Values and Migration Aspiration of Children - The Case Study of University Students in Moldova

Masná, Eliška January 2018 (has links)
The impact of migration on the family is increasingly discussed in academic sphere in recent years. The form of the family changes during the migration process, mainly due to the feminization of migration. This phenomenon entails several problems, one of them is the phenomenon of "children left behind" in the country of origin. Moldova, as the poorest country of Europe, has been struggling with the problem "children left behind" for many years. Since this theme has been discussed many times in the literature, the aim of this paper is to shift the knowledge of the subject a little further. The aim of the thesis is to describe and understand how the parental emigration affects their children during the childhood and what is the influence of this experience on their own planning of the future in relation to migration. The research was conducted in the form of semi structural interviews, a qualitative approach that allows understanding of the issue in depth was used. The theoretical approach of this thesis is based on the theory of cumulative causation. Generally, this theory says that migration generates migration. I have only focused on the influence of parental emigration in this process. Plans are also linked to the orientation of values. Important is not only the opinion on the country in which...
