Analisamos o desenvolvimento da Praça XV de Novembro, fronteiriça a esse conjunto e de grande importância no crescimento da cidade, e a construção dos três edifícios pertencentes ao Quarteirão. A formação acadêmica e o trabalho do arquiteto Hyppolito Gustavo Pujol Júnior também mereceu destaque. Apresentamos também informações sobre o restauro do Theatro Pedro n e do Palace Hotel, além de um Atlas Iconográfico / Abstract: This research alms at studying the "Quarteirão Paulista", an architectural complex composed of theatre, a hotel and a office's building in Ribeirão Preto city. It analyses the development of XV de Novembro Plaza, in front of this whole and your importance in growth of city, and the construction of the three buildings of the "Quarteirão". The works of the Quarteirão architect's, Hyppolito Gustavo Pujol Junior, and his academic's education were emphasized.
