Įmonių motyvacinės sistemos tobulinimas / Improving motivation system in the enterprise

Motyvavimo sistemos, kuri atitiktų būtent tos įmonės poreikius, sistemų nebuvimas, yra viena iš svarbiausių Lietuvos įmonių problemų, tačiau šiam klausimui iki šiol yra skiriama nepakankamai dėmesio teoriniu ir praktiniu požiūriu. Vadovai turi suvokti, kad gerai apgalvota motyvavimo sistema daro didelę įtaką darbuotojams, o įmonės darbuotojai turi žinoti, kaip ir kada ir už ką jiems mokama. Motyvavimo sistema turi būti tiksliai orientuota į organizacijos tikslus-motyvacijos sistemos pagalba galima realizuoti įmonės strategiją.Todėl bus atliekamas tyrimas, kuriame bus analizuojama esama motyvacinė sistema ir pateikiami principai tobulinimui. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 dalys ir išvados. Pagrindinė darbo medžiaga aprašyta 73 puslapiuose, įskaitant 6 lenteles ir 21 paveikslą. Panaudotos literatūros sąrašą sudaro 41 šaltiniai. / Absence of the system of motivation system that would satisfy company’s needs is one of the biggest problems in Lithuanian companies, but there is still not sufficient attention towards it in theoretical and practical levels. Managers should realize that well planned motivation system makes a big influence on employees; and employees should know how and what they are paid for. Object of the work is motivation systems of organizations. Aim of the work is to survey possibilities for improving motivation systems of employees. The work consists of three parts. Main theories of motivation, factors that motivate employees, ways of stimulation, surveyed motivation systems that are applied in foreign companies to motivate employees to seek main company’s objectives are analyzed in the first part of the work. Empirical level of the research about motivation systems in foreign and Lithuanian companies is presented in the second part. The third part of the work presents motive factors of employees at pharmaceutical company UAB “Berlin Chemie Menarini Baltic” and at oil extraction company UAB “Minijos Nafta”; these factors are compared, systems of motivation are analyzed, prevailing motive factors subject to work profile and particularity are evaluated, analysis of research results is given and suggestions are introduced to improve motive systems in above mentioned companies to satisfy employees and maximum objectives are sought in companies.
