The aim of this study was to diagnose the thermal and hygrometric differences under different conditions of use and occupation of the soil. This we noticed how these different are reflected in the thermal comfort in the microclimatic scale of the urban core on the representative days of the contrastive seasons. The study was conducted in four experimental points that present different urban dynamics and different geoecological characteristics. Data collection occurred over three representative days of contrastive seasons, with simultaneous measurements in the schedules of 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 21 hours. The first experiment was carried through on April 16, 2011, corresponding to the rainy season. The second occurred on August 20, 2011, corresponding to the dry season with strong intensity of the winds and the third occurred on November 26, 2011, the representative day of dry period with low intensity of the winds. The results demonstrate the climate dynamics of the sazonais periods in which they were measured, and the atmospheric circulation systems act as determining factors in the behavior of climatic attributes. The thermal and hygrometric observed contrasts were significant for the reality of the urban core of the district headquarters. The data collection points of intense urban dynamics and density of buildings were those with the highest temperatures, and a more wooded point showed the lower temperatures, higher humidity and consequently favorable conditions for thermal comfort. / A presente pesquisa foi realizada no núcleo urbano do distrito Sede da pequena cidade de Aquiraz - CE, situada na Região Metropolitana de Fortaleza, e pretendeu conhecer a dinâmica climática dessa área sob o nível termodinâmico do S.C.U. de Monteiro (2003). O objetivo geral deste estudo foi diagnosticar as diferenças térmicas e higrométricas, em condições diferentes de uso e ocupação do solo, percebendo como estas se refletem no conforto térmico, em escala microclimática do núcleo urbano, em dias representativos de estações sazonais contrastantes. O trabalho foi realizado em quatro pontos experimentais que apresentam dinâmica urbana e características geoecológicas diferentes. As coletas de dados ocorreram em três dias representativos de períodos sazonais contrastantes, com medidas simultâneas nos horários de 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 e 21. O primeiro episódio aconteceu no dia 16 de abril de 2011, correspondente ao período chuvoso. O segundo ocorreu no dia 20 de agosto de 2011, correspondente ao período seco com forte intensidade dos ventos e, o terceiro ocorreu no dia 26 de novembro de 2011, representativo do período seco com fraca intensidade dos ventos. Os resultados obtidos demonstram a dinâmica climática dos períodos sazonais em que foram mensurados, tendo os sistemas de circulação atmosférica como fatores determinantes no comportamento dos atributos climáticos. Os contrastes térmicos e higrométricos observados foram significativos para a realidade do núcleo urbano do distrito Sede. Os pontos de coleta de dados de intensa dinâmica urbana e densidade de construções foram os que apresentaram as maiores temperaturas, e o ponto mais arborizado foi o que apresentou temperaturas mais baixas, umidade mais elevada e, consequentemente condições favoráveis ao conforto térmico.
