Bergamasco / Resumo: Este trabalho teve como objetivo geral fazer uma caracterização sócio-econômica de agricultores familiares, com perfil de agentes multiplicadores, dos Assentamentos Anhumas, Belo Monte, Orlando Molina, Rio Paraná, São Joaquim, Terra Livre e Timboré nos municípios de Andradina/Castilho/Murutinga do Sul (SP). Para isso foi aplicado um questionário junto a 51 agentes multiplicadores selecionados para a pesquisa. A aplicação desse questionário possibilitou o levantamento das características desses agentes, de suas famílias e do lote e sua relação com o meio ambiente. Foi constatado que em todos os lotes a mão-de-obra é exclusivamente familiar. A pecuária leiteira é a atividade predominante, apesar da baixa tecnificação e produtividade, esses agentes buscam alternativas de melhorar o sistema de produção. As condições de moradia são satisfatórias, grande parte das famílias adquiriu bens de consumo. A conservação do meio ambiente ainda é incipiente, com elevada taxa de utilização de produtos químicos e inexistência de áreas de reflorestamento ou preservação natural. A organização desses agentes não ocorre na fase de produção, mas somente no processo de comercialização do leite, apesar disso esse sistema está resistindo e se perpetuando. A assistência técnica é insuficiente para atender toda a demanda, o que se reflete na baixa produtividade de algumas das principais explorações, sendo necessário maior investimento do governo nos órgãos responsáveis pela assistência técnica nos Assentamentos estudados. / Abstract: This work had as objective generality to make a partner-economic characterization of family agriculturists, with profile of multiplying agents, of the Nestings Anhumas, Belo Monte, Orlando Molina, Rio Paraná, São Joaquim, Terra Livre and Timboré in the cities of Andradina/Castilho/Murutinga do Sul (SP). For this a questionnaire next to 51 selected multiplying agents for the research was applied. The application of this questionnaire made possible the survey of the characteristics of these agents, its families and the lot and its relation with the environment. It was evidenced that in all the lots the man power is exclusively family. The cattle milkmaid is the predominant activity, although low the tecnification and productivity, these agents search alternatives to improve the production system. The housing conditions are satisfactory, great part of the families acquired consumption good. The conservation of the environment still is incipient, with raised tax of use of chemical products and inexistence of reforestation areas or natural preservation. The organization of these agents does not occur in the phase of production, but only in the process of commercialization of milk, although this system is resisting and if perpetuating. The assistance technique is insufficient to take care of to all the demand, what it is reflected in low the productivity of some of the main explorations, being necessary greater investment of the government... / Mestre
