Nesse sentido, a pesquisa "A Educação Municipal e a Relação Público X Privado: um estudo de caso em Fernão/SP" apresenta uma discussão sobre a lógica de quase-mercado inserida na educação brasileira, especificamente no município de Fernão, Estado de São Paulo, bem como questiona a interferência de organizações escolares privadas em espaços públicos. Portanto, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, de análise documental, contrapondo-a a materiais divulgados pela Secretaria Municipal da Educação de Fernão e a dados obtidos por meio de entrevistas realizadas com funcionários da pasta educacional fernãoense. Os dados coletados durante a realização da pesquisa apontaram que a parceria entre a Secretaria Municipal da Educação de Fernão e o Colégio Oswaldo Cruz (COC) aconteceu após uma conversa informal entre os prefeitos de Piratininga e Fernão durante uma reunião em São Paulo, demonstrando que o Poder Público preocupou-se muito mais com a sua imagem diante dos eleitores do que com a qualidade dos serviços prestados. Pensando nisso, deve-se registrar que a parceria promovida entre o Poder Público e o Poder Privado, sob o respaldo da excelência privada na gestão dos serviços educacionais, poderá acarretar grandes prejuízos às esferas municipais, uma vez que ficarão cada vez mais dependentes de assessorias privadas. Portanto, a parceria público e privado encaminha a gestão dos serviços sociais à privatização e, ainda, financia instituições privadas com o dinheiro público oriundo de impostos / Abstract: This work had as objective main to understand the mechanisms of almost-market in education from the partnership it enters the City department of the Education of Fernão and the College Oswaldo Cruz (COC), it saw Nucleus of Support to the Municipalização of Ensino (NAME), and to verify as it is if appropriating of the proposals of this institution of private education. In this direction, the research "the Municipal Education and Private Public Relation X: a study of case in Fernão/SP" it presents a quarrel on the inserted logic of almost-market in the Brazilian education, specifically in the city of Fernão, State of São Paulo, as well as questions the interference of private pertaining to school organizations in public spaces. Therefore, one is about a qualitative research, of documentary analysis, opposing it it material divulged by the City department of the Education of Fernão and the data gotten by means of interviews carried through with employees of the fernãoense educational folder. The data collected during the accomplishment of the research had pointed that the partnership enters the City department of the Education of Fernão and the College Oswaldo Cruz (COC) happened an informal colloquy after enters the mayors of Piratininga and Fernão during a meeting in São Paulo, demonstrating that the Public Power was worried ahead much more about its image of the voters of what with the quality of the given services. Thinking about this, it must be registered that the partnership promoted between the Public Power and the Private Power, under the endorsement of the private excellency in the management of the educational services, will be able to cause great damages to the municipal spheres, a time that will be each time more dependents of private assessorships.
