日本人の1日の総身体活動量、テレビ視聴時間の実態を性・年齢階級別に把握し、どのような社会経済的要因を有する者が身体不活動に陥るリスクが高いのかを検討した。その結果、1日の総身体活動量は年齢が上がると低下しテレビ視聴時間は長くなっていた。また、身体不活動と社会経済的要因との関連について、いずれの身体不活動も非就労が共通し関連していたが、婚姻状況、教育歴については性・年代により異なる関連が認められた。 / 博士(スポーツ健康科学) / Doctor of Philosophy in Health and Sports Science / 同志社大学 / Doshisha University
