Analýzy síťového provozu na procesoru NXP a FPGA / Network Traffic Analysis Using NXP Processor and FPGA

Orsák, Michal January 2018 (has links)
The primary goal of this thesis is to exploit possibilites of aa entirely new hardware based on NXP LS2088 and FPGA. The secondary goal is to create firmware for this processor working out-of-box and perform optimisations of existing software for L7 analysis. This software was deeply bound to a previous hardware platform. The network processor NXP LS2088 contains many hardware accellerators and a virtual reconfigurable network. This thesis exploits all hardware parts of on this platform. Many tweaks and optimizations were performed based on this analysis to achieve maximum efficieny of software for L7 analysis. There were many intensive optimisations like rewriting for the DPDK library and new hardware or hardware synchronization of worker threads of this application. The main result of this thesis is working platform with efficient L7 analysis software which actively uses accelerators in FPGA and NXP network processor. SDK for new platform is also prepared.

Návrh investičního portfolia korporátních akcií evropských společností z oblasti IT / Proposal of Investment Portfolio Consisting of Corporate Shares of European IT Companies

Janík, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of investments into business shares based on fundamental analysis. It analyses the progress so far and assesses the estimated future development of both internal and external environment of chosen European IT companies. Based on handpicked criteria, the thesis compares possible investments and seeks to find the best one. After reading this text, a potential administrator (investor) should consider himself/herself familiar with these issues.

Systém pro autonomní řízení modelu autíčka na závodní dráze / System for Autonomous Navigation of Toy Car on a Race Track

Steingart, Viktor Unknown Date (has links)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a self-driving model race car that is intended to participate at NXP Cup race. First of all, the attention is given to the selection of a suitable platform, which will be used for the implementation of a motion control algorithm that enables autonomous navigation of the autonomous model race car along a specified track. Then, the details of motion control algorithm design and its implementation aspects are explained.  Also, the design of an obstacle detection system is presented. Finally, the work is concluded with presentation of various experiments with the implemented self-driving control algorithm and its evaluation.

Low-power high-resolution image detection

Merchant, Caleb 09 August 2019 (has links)
Many image processing algorithms exist that can accurately detect humans and other objects such as vehicles and animals. Many of these algorithms require large amounts of processing often requiring hardware acceleration with powerful central processing units (CPUs), graphics processing units (GPUs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), etc. Implementing an algorithm that can detect objects such as humans at longer ranges makes these hardware requirements even more strenuous as the numbers of pixels necessary to detect objects at both close ranges and long ranges is greatly increased. Comparing the performance of different low-power implementations can be used to determine a trade-off between performance and power. An image differencing algorithm is proposed along with selected low-power hardware that is capable of detected humans at ranges of 500 m. Multiple versions of the detection algorithm are implemented on the selected hardware and compared for run-time performance on a low-power system.

Efficientnext: Efficientnet For Embedded Systems

Deokar, Abhishek 05 1900 (has links)
Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) / Convolutional Neural Networks have come a long way since AlexNet. Each year the limits of the state of the art are being pushed to new levels. EfficientNet pushed the performance metrics to a new high and EfficientNetV2 even more so. Even so, architectures for mobile applications can benefit from improved accuracy and reduced model footprint. The classic Inverted Residual block has been the foundation upon which most mobile networks seek to improve. EfficientNet architecture is built using the same Inverted Residual block. In this thesis we experiment with Harmonious Bottlenecks in place of the Inverted Residuals to observe a reduction in the number of parameters and improvement in accuracy. The designed network is then deployed on the NXP i.MX 8M Mini board for Image classification. / 2023-10-11

Multifunkční display pro pozemní zdroj / Multifunction display for ground power supply

Kincl, Zdeněk January 2009 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to design a concept and circuit for multifunction display. This unit is used in ground power supply for preflighting preparation of army helicopters. Multifunction display measures voltages and currents of AC and DC generators, teperatures of cooling air and fuel quantity. Display indicates a operational and fault states of ground power supply. The main element of multifunction display is 32-bit microprocessor from the manufacturer NXP, family ARM7. All information are displaying on graphic vacuum fluorescent display GU256x128.
