In this work we define the Hilbert-Samuel polynomial whose description of this polynomial appear the main focus of our study the normalized Hilbert coefficients. At first, we will study, on certain initial conditions, the signals of the coefficients that we denoteby e1(q,M) e e2(q,M). Wewillhaveattheendofthiswork, inacommentformat, a necessary and sufficient condition so that all normalized Hilbert coefficients are null. / 132997/2016-9
