This report describes the origin and purpose of the Ministry of education document: Program Outline and Policy as it applies to OAC Biology. It provides analysis of components of the Program Outline and Policy with recommendations for improvement. Evaluation of students and characteristics of graduating students are discussed with recommendations. Difficulties with the OAC Biology guideline are presented with recommendations.
