Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы. В работе рассмотрены теоретико-методологические аспекты адаптации объектов культурного наследия. Проанализирован район расположения объекта и выработаны рекомендации по концепции объекта. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references. The paper considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of the adaptation of cultural heritage objects. The location area of the object was analyzed and recommendations on the concept of the object were developed. Sources of financing have been identified, the project budget has been formed, and indicators of the economic efficiency of the project have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.
