Дополнительным фактором развития инновационной деятельности в РФ выступает уход многих иностранных компаний и потеря доступа к современны технологиям. При этом, непрерывный поиск и внедрение новшеств, способствующих повышению конкурентоспособности невозможны без активного участия работников в инновационной деятельности. В этих условиях управление инновационной деятельностью становится одним из приоритетных направлений развития предприятий. Innovation is becoming an important tool in the competitive struggle. An additional factor in the development of innovation activity in the Russian Federation is the departure of many foreign companies and the loss of access to modern technologies. At the same time, continuous search and implementation of innovations that contribute to improving competitiveness is impossible without the active participation of employees in innovation activities. In these conditions, innovation management becomes one of the priority directions of enterprise development. The purpose is to develop a methodological approach to managing the involvement of personnel in the innovative activities of an industrial enterprise.
