From the potency of human nature to humanities in its potent movements. The potency defended in this study is recognized from complex organicbiological- cultural reorganizations produced in movements of autopoiesis(Maturana,1979) which are weaved mainly in historical and social, philosophical and anthropological, psychological and aesthetic circumstances, which are forged in the multiple dimensions of a human being's life and are entwined and developed, nurtured both by autopoietic and by bioanthro- poetic processes (Morin,1990). From this complex production, human beings exercise the organization and the disorganization of identities and authorships in which autonomy, as life production (Freire, 1979) is generated and gestated. This deeply complex and autopoietic production, which constitutes the being, nurtures human potency, which expands and strenghtens in human processes. The present thought, produced by approaching these three authors from distinct scientific schools and complemented by other authors in the realm of human and social sciences, constitutes the theoretical-practical basis for the research conducted at Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Erna W?rth, Canoas/RS, a participative and collaborative action-research called "Poietic Pedagogy for Human Potency".The research is a proposal of exercises of teaching potency, in conversation circles as continuing education, in a productive workfield, considering the nurturing and the viewing of learning and teaching processes, by recognizing students' potencies. The conversation circles generate, through meditated conversations, the Letter of Principles, the Worlds Literacies, the Webs of Life and the Orienting Threads ? collaborative pedagogical-poietical webbings which constitute today the pedagogical-cultural planning construction of the learning community. / Esse trabalho defende a Pot?ncia Humana. Desde a pot?ncia da natureza humana ?s humanidades em seus movimentos potentes. A Pot?ncia defendida nesse estudo ? reconhecida das complexas reorganiza??es org?nicas-biol?gicas-culturais produzidas em movimentos de Autopoiese (Maturana, 1979), que se tecem, principalmente, em circunst?ncias hist?ricas e sociais, filos?ficas e antropol?gicas, ps?quicas e est?ticas, as quais forjam-se nas m?ltiplas dimens?es da vida do ser humano, e tramam-se e desenvolvem-se, nutridos por processos autopoi?ticos, assim como em processos Bioantropo?ticos (Morin,1990). Dessa produ??o complexa, o ser humano produz exerc?cios organizadores e desorganizadores de identidades e autorias, em que a Autonomia, como produ??o de vida (Freire, 1979), gera-se e gesta-se. Essa produ??o, profundamente complexa e autopoi?tica, constituidora do ser, nutre sua Pot?ncia Humana, que expande-se, fortalecendo-o em seus processos humanos. O pensamento presente, produzido pelas aproxima??es desses tr?s autores de escolas cient?ficas distintas, e complementados por outros autores do campo das ci?ncias humanas e sociais, constitui a base te?rico-pr?tica, a qual torna-se a investiga??o do doutoramento, na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Erna W?rth, Canoas/RS, na perspectiva de uma Pesquisaa??o Participativa Colaborativa, intitulando-se "Pedagogia Poi?tica para a Pot?ncia Humana". Desenvolve-se como proposta de exerc?cios da pot?ncia docente, em rodas, por meio de Conversa??es, como forma??o cont?nua em campo produtivo de trabalho tendo, em vista, a nutri??o e vitaliza??o dos processos de aprend?ncias e ensin?ncias, pelo reconhecimento da pot?ncia dos estudantes. As Rodas de Conversa??es gestam, pelas Conversa??es Reflexionadas, a Carta de Princ?pios, as Alfabetiza??es de Mundos, as Teias da Vida e os Fios Orientadores - tecituras colaborativas pedag?gicas-poi?ticas, que constituem, hoje, o constructo de planejamento pedag?gico-cultural da Comunidade Aprendente.
