This diploma thesis deal with evaluation price development of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures in concrete company based on economic cycle of Czech Republic. The theoretical part deal with definition economic cycle, description of pricing in construction and analysis of price development. The practical part describes price development of prefabricated construction and specific example shows compilation total price of skeletal structures with reference to observed development in 2014-2019. Conclusion compares economy cycle with building industry and specific example.

Определена конфигурация и оптимальные размеры пространственного плитоблока для покрытия зданий пролетом 24 м при помощи методов многофакторного планирования экспериментов. Произведен расчет заводских и монтажных узлов. Даны указания по технологии монтажа. / The configuration and optimal dimensions of a spatial slab block for covering buildings with a span of 24 m are determined using the methods of multifactorial planning of experiments. The calculation of factory and assembly units was made. Instructions on installation technology are given.

The master‘s thesis „Mountain chalet“ is elaborated as a project documentation containing all the properties in compliance with valid regulations. The aim of the thesis is the proposal of new objects on the site of the former chalet called Peterbaude in the city Špindlerův Mlýn, on the building estate numer 85/1. The original chalet was on the list of cultural monuments. The architectural solution for the renewall of chalet is assigned by requirements of NPÚ. The documentation of two new objects and reconstruction of existing object are aleborated in the master‘s thesis. The work also comprises thermal technical assessment, dispositional design and specialization work.
