This diploma thesis focuses on free time activities of elementary school teachers in relation with their perception of workload. In the theoretical part the teacher's characteristics are mentioned, but it primarily focuses on workload and teachers' free time activities. The topics are seen through multiple points of view. Different segments of workload and types of free time are presented. Empirical part is elaborated using in-depth interview with chosen elementary school teachers. The main goal of this research was to uncover, how much the workload influences teachers' spending of their free time and how are they coping with the workload. Participants of this research are coping with the workload well and they are spending their free doing activities completely different from their profession. Most mentioned activities were physical activities, manual labor and sport.

Neste tempo, caracterizou-se a luta pela demarcação de um território de atuação, onde algumas atividades menos difundidas no âmbito da EF (lutas e artes marciais, yoga, método Pilates, etc.), apresentaram-se como dissidentes deste movimento convencionando-se chamá-las de práticas corporais alternativas (PCAs). Tais atividades e esportes constituem-se como atividades físicas que, deveriam ser orientadas por profissional competente. Além disto, as PCAs sempre interagiram nos espaços de atuação característicos dos profissionais de EF, como academias esportivas e de ginástica, clubes, associações, e até mesmo o meio escolar. Desta forma, destaca-se como objetivo deste estudo, investigar, na constituição do espaço social da EF no Brasil, a configuração de um campo de intervenção amplo, no qual práticas como yoga, método Pilates, tai-chi-chuan, entre outras, assumem um papel de alternativa ao conteúdo tradicional das atividades físicas da área de EF. Os objetivos específicos são: a) averiguar se as PCAs, na configuração de um campo de intervenção da Educação Física, se constituem como uma proposta alternativa ao que é tradicional na área ou; b) analisar se estas se apresentam como uma releitura das práticas correntes, ou seja, uma maneira diferente de trabalhar os conteúdos ditos como tradicionais; e c) identificar as PCAs como parte da Educação Física, aplicada por profissionais da área de intervenção nos diferentes campos de atuação. Esta pesquisa constituiu se como qualitativa, utilizando-se de elementos da análise de conteúdo para o tratamento e análise dos dados coletados. Como instrumento de coleta de dados foi utilizado um questionário semi-estruturado, constando de 12 questões. Desta forma, investigou-se ao todo 47 participantes, instrutores/profissionais de PCAs, das regiões de Campinas, Bauru e Rio Claro, que foram divididos em 4 grupos, de acordo com as modalidades contempladas: Lutas e Artes Marciais (LAM), Método Pilates (Pi), Yoga (Y) e Terapêutico (T). Os resultados apontaram para uma valorização das experiências práticas em detrimento da necessidade de formação específica de nível superior para a atuação com as PCAs investigadas. Porém, também indicaram que a formação superior em profissões da área da saúde poderia auxiliar o trabalho com as PCAs, justificando-se pelos conhecimentos científicos do corpo humano. Isto demostra que o universo de atuação das PCAs possui características pré-modernas, que valoriza mais a experiência e metafísica do que uma formação pautada em moldes científicos. Corroborando com isto, aponta também que a formação dos instrutores das PCAs está mais próxima dos modelos de caráter artesanal, do que das profissões modernas, de caráter acadêmico. Podemos considerar que a formação em EF, e também as formações da área da saúde, possuem dificuldades de legitimação perante as PCAs, no que diz respeito à formação para a atuação. Isto nos remete a uma reflexão sobre a dimensão prática dos cursos de formação superior, no sentido de questionar sobre as motivações que levam estes cursos a não estabelecer as pontes entre a formação científica e a dimensão prática no que tange a sua atuação profissional / Abstract: The Physical Education (PE) as a profession is young, just over 10 years. During this period, it has been characterized by the struggle to defining its boundaries, where some less widespread activities in the PE (fighting and martial arts, yoga, Pilates, etc.), presented themselves as dissidents of this mobilization being, by convention, named as Alternative Body Practices (ABPs). Such activities and sports are physical activities as well and should be guided by a competent professional. In addition, the ABPs have always interacted in the areas of activity typically held by PE professionals, such as sports and gyms academies, fitness clubs, associations and even schools. Thus, the objective of this study is to investigate, in the constitution of social space of the PE in Brazil, setting up a broad field of intervention in which practices such as yoga, Pilates, tai-chi-chuan, among others, assume an alternative role to the traditional content of physical activity in the area of PE. The specific objectives are: a) investigate whether the ABPs, in the configuration of a field of intervention of Physical Education, constitute themselves as an alternative approach to what is traditional in the area or; b) consider whether they are present as a reassessment of current practices, i.e., a different way of working the content said as traditional and; c) identify the ABPs as part of physical education, applied by professionals of the area in the different fields. This research was established as qualitative, using elements of content analysis for the treatment and analysis of the collected data. A semi-structured questionnaire was used as data collection instrument, consisting of 12 questions. Thus, a total of 47 participants were investigated, trainers / ABPs professionals from Campinas, Bauru and Rio Claro region, which were divided into 4 groups according to the contemplated arrangements: Wrestling and Martial Arts (WMA), Pilates Method (Pi), Yoga (Y) and Therapeutic (T). Results showed an appreciation of practical experience over the need for specific top-level formation on the investigated ABPs. However, they also indicated that higher education in professions of the health field could help the work of the ABPs due to the scientific knowledge of the human body. This shows that the universe of performance of the ABPs has pre-modern characteristics, where experience and metaphysics have greater value than scientific based formation. Corroborating this, it also points out that the training of ABPs instructors is closer to the artisanal character models than the modern professions of academic nature. We can consider that training in both PE and the health fields have problems of legitimacy before the ABPs, with regard to training for acting. This leads us to a reflection on the practical dimension of higher education courses in order to question the motivations that cause these courses not to establish the connections between the scientific background and practical dimension with respect to their professional performance / Doutorado / Ciencia do Desporto / Doutor em Educação Física

Este trabajo de investigación expone el rol de la mujer ante la sociedad y las organizaciones, donde sobresale el liderazgo femenino en los diferentes campos profesionales, demostrando resultados positivos a través de su gestión. En el actual contexto empresarial cada vez más globalizado, se evidencia la lucha constante por incluir a las mujeres en la toma de decisiones al ocupar posiciones de alta responsabilidad en las organizaciones. Es aquí, donde además se resalta la importancia de tener las mismas oportunidades, la anulación de etiquetas que frenen su desarrollo como líderes eficaces, así como también sus competencias para enfrentar los desafíos que exige el entorno empresarial. Para ello, se utiliza el modelo de tipo explicativo que demuestra la relación por la lucha de la equidad de género con un avance lento. Esta lucha causa un impacto en la sociedad como también la valoración de la mujer en un mundo liderado por el hombre. El análisis se ha enmarcado en una muestra inicial de treinta artículos científicos de estudios realizados durante los últimos diez años. Este trabajo tiene como finalidad; explicar las actividades profesionales donde sobresale el liderazgo femenino y donde la búsqueda constante por la paridad sigue siendo un reto, sin tomar en cuenta las llamadas barreras invisibles como el techo de cristal y los prejuicios en el desarrollo profesional. / This research work exposes the role of women before society and organizations, where female leadership stands out in different professional fields, demonstrating positive results through their management. In the current increasingly globalized business context, the constant struggle to include women in decision-making by occupying positions of high responsibility in organizations is evident. It is here, where the importance of having the same opportunities is also highlighted, the cancellation of labels that slow down their development as effective leaders, as well as their skills to face the challenges demanded by the business environment. For this, the explanatory type model is used that demonstrates the relationship for the fight for gender equality with slow progress. This struggle causes an impact on society as well as the appreciation of women in a world led by men. The analysis has been framed in an initial sample of thirty scientific articles of studies carried out during the last ten years. This work is intended to; explain professional activities where female leadership excels and where the constant search for parity continues to be a challenge, without taking into account the so-called invisible barriers such as the glass ceiling and prejudices in professional development. / Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional

The diploma thesis entitled "The Brussels I Regulation and Other Procedural Legislation of European Private International Law (with regard to consumer protection)" as presented focuses in details primarily on the consumer protection under the relevant civil procedural law of the EU. The main objective is to analyse certain provisions of relevant law dealing with the effective protection of the weaker contracting party - consumer. The European Union's consumer protection legislation tends to strenghten the legal position of a consumer. The thesis underscores the importance of these special provisions, presents the original purposes, which have led to the adoption of them and the deduced conclusions supports by practical examples and by relevant European case law. It might be concluded that these provisions have created a special branch of the European civil procedure law. The text is divided into seven main chapters. The introduction includes the scope of the topic covered by the thesis. The first chapter is dedicated to the europeanization process of civil procedure and is primarily supposed to introduce the reader into the relevant issues of the thesis. Atlikto tyrimo tikslas yra išskirti probleminius šios normos aspektus, juos atskleisti bei apibendrinant mokslinę doktriną ir teismų praktiką pateikti konkrečius normos taikymo sprendimus. Darbe taip pat iškeliama baudžiamosios atsakomybės pagrįstumo bei taikymo sąlygų problematika. Pateikiama užsienio šalių praktika bei alternatyvūs baudžiamosios atsakomybės taikymo variantai. Mokslinio tyrimo metu yra pateikiami pasiūlymai dėl neteisėto vertimosi ūkine, komercine, finansine ar profesine veikla normos tobulinimo, kvalifikuotos normos sudėties panaikinimo. / Problems of using norms of illegal farming, commercial, financial and professional activities, and criminal and administrational liability limitation problem criteria are presented and analyzed. Aim of study, which was carried out, is to distinguish problematic aspects of this norm, to uncover these problematic aspects and to present specific solutions of application of this norm through generalization of scientific doctrine and practice of courts. Practice of foreign countries and alternative variants of application of criminal liability are presented. Suggestion, concerning the improvement of norms of illegal farming, commercial, financial or professional activity and removal of qualified norm content, are presented during this scientific study.

The activity of Roskomnadzor in protecting the rights of personal data subjects, with the increasing influence of information technology on all spheres of society, is more important than ever. At the same time, the activities of this body are not as effective as modern realities require. Protocol of amendments to the said Convention in October 2018. The purpose of this master's thesis is to explore the management of personal data processing activities and formulate recommendations for its improvement. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: get acquainted with the theoretical foundations of the processing of personal data; to compile a characteristic of Roskomnadzor as a state body and business entity using the example of the Roskomnadzor Office in the Urals Federal District; to analyze the results of Roskomnadzor's activities in the field of personal data; develop recommendations for improving the activities of Roskomnadzor in the field of personal data. The studies carried out allowed the formation of a number of measures to improve the activities of Roskomnadzor in protecting the rights of personal data subjects. Актуальность темы исследование. Деятельность Роскомнадзора по защите прав субъектов персональных данных, с увеличением влияния информационных технологий на все сферы жизни общества важна как никогда. При этом, деятельность этого органа не так эффективна, как того требуют современные реалии. Протокола изменений к упомянутой Конвенции в октябре 2018 года. Цель данной магистерской диссертации – исследовать управление деятельностью по обработке персональных данных и сформировать рекомендации по её совершенствованию. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: ознакомиться с теоретическими основами обработки персональных данных; составить характеристику Роскомнадзора как государственного органа и хозяйствующего субъекта на примере Управления Роскомнадзора по Уральскому федеральному округу; провести анализ результатов деятельности Роскомнадзора в области персональных данных; разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию деятельности Роскомнадзора в сфере персональных данных. Проведенные исследования позволили сформировать ряд мероприятий по совершенствованию деятельности Роскомнадзора по защите прав субъектов персональных данных. Значимость разработанных мероприятий характеризуется повышением эффективности борьбы с правонарушениями во всех сферах жизни общества.
