This diploma thesis is concerned with Social economy and Non-profit sector and further is focused on one of their key areas which presents providing of social services in Czech Republic. No matter they are providing by government through allowence organizations or the action is entrusted to non-profit organizations. The key issue is how the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic is approaching diffenrent sources of financing both from public and private sources. The goal of this paper is the description of Social economy in general level which is used as teoretical base for the definition of advantages and disadvantages of provided social services by different type of organizations. This thesis can be used for gaining primary orientation in the subject and can assist in founding of the organizations. Final part of the thesis includes summary of the gained informations from relevant literature, empirical examination and from interviews with experts working for the organizations and describe advantages and disadvantages of social services provided by different kind of organizations.

In this thesis will be research the non-state non-profit organizations acting in free time activities in the districts Benešov and Rakovník by using the questionnaire. It deals with the theoretical background of the problem. The target was to chart these organizations, find out how they perceive their market position, chat threats they feel. Another target was to using the survey to find out the differences between the particular districts. The relationship of the younger to the older organizations is also the subject of the research, as well as the influence of the capital city of Prague on the organization.

This diplom´s thesis deals with evaluation of the finance situation in non-profit organization Klokanek Brno. The aim of this work is to analyze earnings and expenditures, evaluate the finance situation of the organization and propose recommendations for improvement of the finance situation. This analysis results from theoretical background which is covered in first part. In the second part is presented analysis of earnings and expenditures and in the third part are recomendations related to the imrovement of the non-profiting organization Klokanek Brno.

The diploma thesis called The non-profit sector in the Czech Republic and its role in the implementation of activities for children and youth from children's homes deals with the activities of the non-profit sector in a particular children's home. The thesis is theoretical-empirical. The theoretical part is based on scientific literature and provides basic information about institutional care in the Czech Republic and specific facilities for institutional care. It also includes the basic characteristics of the selected children's home in which the subsequent investigation was conducted. It also deals with the issue of children who have been raised in children's homes for a long time. It deals with the social prognosis of such individuals and discusses the problems faced by children who are raised in these facilities for a long time. The thesis also deals with non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic and their division. It also includes the basic characteristics of non-profit organizations that cooperate with the children's home in which the investigation took place. Distribution and payment of profit in joint stock company and advance payment Abstract Although the theme of this diploma thesis may seem traditional, its topicality results from the ongoing expert debate of legal doctrine and the recent legislative activity, resulting into the adoption of Act No. 33/2020 Coll. that will change the legal environment in which the distribution, payment of profits and advances on it occur. This thesis aims to map selected problematic issues and to analyze them, considering expert opinions of legal doctrine, domestic jurisprudence and to some extent as well the foreign legal regulation. To achieve this goal, the legislation on which ground problematic questions arise is also considered. This thesis is divided into five chapters, the last three of which can be described as crucial. The first chapter lays out the conceptual definition of profit, dividends, and royalties, as well as the comparison between the right to profit and the right to a share in profit while not leaving aside equity and other own resources. Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuota ir įvertinta pelno (nuostolių) ataskaitos informacijos formavimas ir ataskaitos tobulinimo galimybės. Iškelta pelno (nuostolių) ataskaitos informatyvumo įvairiems jos vartotojams problema bei pateikti siūlymai, kaip šią problemą spręsti. Pirmoje dalyje išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių teoriniai pelno koncepcijos aspektai bei pelno ataskaitų reglamentavimas nacionaliniu ir tarptautiniu lygiu. Antroje dalyje atlikta pelno (nuostolių) ataskaitos informacijos pateikimo pagal nacionalinį ir tarptautinį reglamentavimą analizė, nustatyti vartotojai, kuriems yra aktuali pelno (nuostolių) ataskaita. Trečioje dalyje vertinamas pelno (nuostolių) ataskaitos tobulinimo būtinumas, ekspertinio vertinimo metodu nustatomi ataskaitos vartotojų poreikiai, lyginama pelno (nuostolių) ataskaitos informacija su nustatytais vartotojų poreikiais ir pateikiamas naujai sudarytas ataskaitos modelis. / Final Master Thesis analyzes and assesses formation of profit (loss) statement information and possibilities for improvement of the statement. The issue of informativeness of the profit (loss) account to different users thereof is raised and solutions for solving such issue are presented. Theoretical aspects of the concept of profit by different Lithuanian and foreign authors as well as regulation of profit statements at national and international level are analyzed and systemized in the first chapter. The second chapter analyzes presentation of information in profit (loss) statement in accordance with national and international regulations, and identifies the users subject to the profit (loss) statement. Assessment of necessity for improvement of profit (loss) statement, determination of the needs of statement users using experimental assessment method, comparison of information in profit (loss) statement with the determined needs of the users and a new accounting model are provided in the third chapter.

The aim of this work is to introduce commonly used methods of financial analysis in the non-profit organization and commonly used methods of measuring effectiveness in the nonprofit sector. The objective of this Master's thesis is to carry out an analysis of the marketing activities that form the overall marketing strategy of Dogpoint, a non-profit organization. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations and suggestions is formed with the goal of achieving better performance of the organization. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part, a theoretical scope is defined for the area of non-profit organizations and related marketing activities. In the practical part, the obtained findings are applied to the example of Dogpoint.

I will focus on non-profit organization People in need, its financing and relationship to the civil sector. The reason why I have chosen this topic is my interest in non-profit organization and humanitarian organizations in general - the criticism and skepticism towards these organizations was one of the reasons why I have decided to research about non-profit organizations. With regard to the length of work I will also briefly describe progression of People in need since its foundation and its fundraising by the Czech Republic.
