Plokštumų padėčių paklaidų grandinių sudarymo formalizavimas / Technological Surface Location Error Chains

Obrikas, Ernestas 13 June 2005 (has links)
Subject of investigation is surface location errors of the parts. Aim of the investigation is making of surface location error chains, forming during the technological process. Framed part surface error chains, occuring during treatment, are presented in the work. For the first time the surface location error chains are made with the help of graphs, i.e. three graphs of errors and allowances of a part surface turn, in relation with the axes OX, OY and OZ are made. Since in part processing with the metal cutting bench, almost any operation includes several part basing options, in the work I analysed the changes of part surface position error and allowance size at different basing choices. Having replaced some pairs of part surface position and allowance errors with the cross-positional errors of the parts, actual immage of the dimensional relationship may be seen.
