Defesa: Curitiba, 15/12/2016 / Inclui referências : f. 200-203 / Resumo: Esta dissertação deriva da etnografia dos povos Guarani, Kaingang e Xetá, habitantes de uma mesma Terra Indígena nomeada São Jerônimo na bacia do Rio Tibagi. Ela se detém sobretudo em uma investigação acerca das dinâmicas de interação entre os seus moradores, principalmente sob o aspecto do parentesco e da política. A primeira parte trata dos processos intensos de transformação socioterriotorial destes povos, em especial na região do Tibagi. Em seguida trata-se das relações de parentesco atuais, e das maneiras como estes grupos se adaptaram ou reagiram às mudanças drásticas provocadas por esses processos históricos, tendo como parâmetro as regras tradicionais de casamento. A compreensão dos conceitos de mistura e de lados são o foco da última parte, que versa sobre as tensões entre práticas de parentesco feitas no convívio (associadas à primeira noção), e as práticas políticas que buscam ordenar e categorizar de forma mais objetiva (associadas à última noção). Palavras-chave: casamento; parentesco; mistura; política; lados. / Abstract: This dissertation derives from the ethnography of the Guarani, Kaingang and Xetá peoples, inhabitants of the same Indigenous Land named St. Jerome in the Tibagi River basin. It focuses mainly on an investigation of the dynamics of interaction between its residents, mainly in the aspect of kinship and politics. The first part deals with the intense processes of socio-territorial transformation of these peoples, especially in the Tibagi region. Next, we discuss current kinship relationships and the ways in which these groups have adapted or reacted to the drastic changes brought about by these historical processes, based on the traditional rules to marriage. The understanding of the concepts of mixing and sides are the focus of the latter part, which deals with the tensions between kinship practices made in the living (associated with the first notion), and the political practices that seek to order and categorize more objectively, (associated with the last notion).
