The aim of this thesis is to analyse the conditions of communication between a teacher and a teaching assistant in kindergartens and primary schools. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first chapter of theoretical part, I define important terms related to inclusive education. Second chapter describes the position of teaching assistants and the contents of their work. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to pedagogical communication and cooperation between teachers and teaching assistants. The practical part inquires into the cooperation and communication between the teacher and teaching assistant using the method of in-depth interviews with teaching assistants and teachers and observing their interaction in kindergarten and primary school classes. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of adaptation of a teaching assistant in a kindergarten. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the history of the job position and legislation,as well as the qualificationandpersonalityof the teaching assistant, and what is his role and content in his work in the kindergarten. The next chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to what the role is and scope of work of the teaching assistant in his work in the kindergarten. The thesis defines the adaptation associated with the beginning of a new profession and deals with the possibilities of mentoring. The thesis deals with the issue of a teaching assistant aiding pupils with an autistic spectrum disorder. The aim is to uncover the specifics of teaching assistant's role in aiding pupils with an autistic spectrum disorder and enumerate the important aspects of their profession. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical parts summarise the findings regarding the discussed topic. The teaching assistant's institution is introduced here as it is included in the Czech school counselling system. After that, the autistic spectrum disorder is discussed. The attention is focused on the exhibition of this disorder within everyday schooling and the possibilities to eliminate its negative influence. The developmental milestones of pupils attending the elementary school are theoretically enumerated as well as the characteristics of each developmental period. Inclusion is in legislation and presented with regard to the historical development and approach to the education of people with disabilities. The current inclusive education is also characterized by the support measures provided, of which the teaching assistant appears to be the key support. The condition for this profession is a certain education, at the same time it carries with it certain duties and obligations. Related to this is the possibility of further development of acquired knowledge usable in the field. Personality qualification is an integral part of the entitlement to perform this job. This thesis deals with education of socially handicapped people in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. It presents approaches and supporting disposals in both countries. The attention is devoted to actual situation in education of socially handicapped children at various degrees of schools. It describes affirmative actions, such as preliminary classes, education assistants in the Czech Republic or zero grades, education assistants and daylong education system in Slovakia. The thesis also sums up several projects focused on socially handicapped, one project focused on Roma children support realized in the Czech republic, three projects focused on education of socially handicapped, their parents' and educators' support, realized in middle Slovakia in years 2011-2015. The thesis deals with the topic of inclusion, which is currently up to date and extensive because it affects many lives. Teachers and pupils, teacher assistants, parents, professionals and the wider public. This work deals with the theoretical definition of inclusion as such, based on current laws and literature. It provides a comprehensive view of information about inclusion, including its impact on school climate and individual classes that directly affect the health of all school life participants. This diploma thesis deals with the development of the school climate in a classroom with a seriously physically disabled child who requires permanent presence of an assistant. The theoretical part focuses on physical disabilities and their impact on the psyche of the child, the specifics of including a seriously disabled child in educational instructional contexts and the life of the classroom, and on the cooperation between a form teacher and an assistant whose support and help is required by the child during all lessons. The practical part uses a narrative of two girls and people who are closely related to them to offer answers to the inquiries into how have relationships within such a classroom and the attitude of classmates to a disabled child changed over the years; how can the presence of an assistant affect the climate of the classroom; and whether the external perception of the inclusion of a disabled child as a successful one corresponds with the feelings of the disabled child, of if the child sees the process otherwise. The diploma thesis "Issue of integrating children from socially disadvantaged ambience to nursery school" deals with the inclusive process of children from the socio-economically disadvantaged environment placed to nursery schools. The thesis describes the legislative framework of inclusion and the social environment of the Czech society. This work also deals with the Roma community, which makes up a large proportion of people with socio-economic disadvantage. It defines the role of the teacher in the inclusion of children from a socially disadvantaged environment and the position of the teacher assistant. The research part deals with the inclusive process of specific children at nursery school in the city with high unemployment. It also monitors the approach of individuals involved in the inclusive process and suggests possible changes that could lead to its improvement.

The diploma thesis focuses on the theme of cooperation and communication that takes place in schools as part of the education of pupils with special educational needs. This thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part, the author draws on theoretical knowledge and, based on the work with the available literature, she prepares three main areas related to the topic. This first area focusing on special educational needs with a more detailed description of the most common support measures - individual educational plan and teacher assistant. Another area deals with counseling outside and within the school, including counselors. The conclusion of the first part is devoted to general and pedagogical communication. The first theoretical part is gassing, the empirical part follows. At the beginning of the empirical part are described the used research methods and the choice of the research sample. The diploma thesis deals with the work of teaching assistant working with pupils with disabilities at the common primary school. Within the framework of the inclusive education the number of pupils with disabilities is increasing and in the result increase also the teaching assistent in the primary school. Work with teaching assistant is in the beginning for many schools but there are still various problems. This topic is relevant today and it is discussed in both academic field and general public. The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the work of the teaching assistants at the primary school and the partial aim is to find out how the teaching assistants perceive their profession or what they would change. To meet these goals, qualitative research methods were used, especially semi-structured interviews together with the information from the respondent's demographic survey. The interviews were processed using note- based coding and for obtained data analytical induction was used. The result of the research is an overview of the activities of the assistant teacher and teamwork of teachers and other professional staff.
