El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como finalidad analizar aspectos relacionados a la valoración probatoria y debida motivación de las resoluciones en el fallo y el razonamiento jurídico y probatorio realizado por el Juzgado Penal Colegiado Especializado en violencia contra la mujer, que dio lugar a la imposición de una sentencia condenatoria de treinta años de pena privativa de libertad efectiva, al haber determinado la responsabilidad del sentenciado por la comisión del delito de feminicidio; análisis que se efectuará desde la normativa aplicable, así como la doctrina y la jurisprudencia nacional. Conforme a ello, se procederá a efectuar la propuesta punitiva correspondiente resaltando la dificultad probatoria del término “por su condición de tal”. / The purpose of this work of professional sufficiency is to analyze aspects related to the evidentiary assessment and due motivation of the resolutions in the ruling and the legal and probative reasoning carried out by the Collegiate Criminal Court Specialized in violence against women, which gave rise to the imposition of a conviction of thirty years of effective custodial sentence, having determined the responsibility of the sentenced person for the commission of the crime of femicide; analysis that will be carried out from the applicable regulations, as well as the national doctrine and jurisprudence. Accordingly, the corresponding punitive proposal will be made, highlighting the evidentiary difficulty of the term "due to its status as such."
