The subject of this final thesis is the construction technology project of an apartment building in Velká Bíteš. The thesis contains a technical reports, construction technology study, coordination situation, time schedule and financial plan of the building in the structure of individual construction object, time schedule of the main building, solution of transport routes, technological regulation for the ventilated facade, control and test plan of the ventilated facade. Furthermore, a design of the construction site equipment is prepared, including a technical report, Occupational Health and Safety on the construction site for the superstructure construction phase, budget for the superstructure construction phase and a comparison of variants of the ceiling structure. Finally, a comparison of lifting mechanisms, LEED certification and assessment of photovoltaic facades is processed.

This diploma thesis deals with photovoltaic rechargable regulators used in isolated, or off-grid photovoltaic systems. First, basic types of off-grid installations, including their functions and applications in practice are described. Then, possibilities of electric energy accumulation in photovoltaic systems are mentioned, considering actual, accesible technologies. Matters of electric energy accumulation in leaden accumulators are examined in detail. Main part of the diploma thesis is about electronic designs of photovoltaic, also called solar, rechargable regulators. These are the main connecting part between photovoltaic panels, accumulator, but also often connected charge, which is appliance. Individual electronic regulators concepts are described narrowly, then compared and evaluated in thesis´ conclusion.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of chosen parts of the construction technology project of the 1st phase of the construction „Komplex RD Slavkov, Pod Zlatou horou“. These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.

Experimental photovoltaic panel is installed outside the laboratory. Measurement system consists of the solar radiation measurement module (pyranometer), photovoltaic panel load module (panel power measurement) and panel climate measurement module. Data from measurement module is being captured via control computer for subsequent analysis of panel efficiency and climatic impacts on it.

The subject of this master thesis is a design of wine house which comes together with restaurant and accommodation in Strazovice near Kyjov. It includes design study and all the detailed drawings of the building. The building is designed with three services - winery, restaurant and accommodation. Winery is divided into separate rooms for wine processing, finishing and wine aging, also storage, distribution and sale of wine. Canteen service includes kitchen with accessories, restaurant with dining, separated lounge, vaulted cellar and room for degustation. Lounge, cellar and degustation room is primary determined for different corporate events, conferences, weddings, family events and others. For building were chosen descending lands at the edge of Strazovice.. The main reason for this decision is the view that this place provides because of its higher position. Also this village is a part of region, for which wine production is typical. The shape of the object is rectangular and consists of three floors. Two upper floors are receding with comparison to the first floor. This formed a part of terrace which is connected with the oval part on pillars. Basement is situated completely below ground, only the south side is partly uncovered. Construction is made of reinforced concrete. Ground floors are with ventilated frontage. Frontage of the first floor is covered with wooden cladding, and frontage of the second floor is covered with plaster. Vertical constructions are made of lime-sand blocks and horizontal constructions are reinforced concrete. The roof is built of wooden trusses with arched upper part. On the roof there are installed photovoltaic panels for electricity which is used in the building. Rainwater is held in tank, servers as a water supply for the building. Until a few decades ago few people could imagine that the photovoltaic, solar thermal and other power based on renewable resources, will become a reality. Today people from all over the world on the contrary try at full blast derive benefit from of all possible available source. Using sunlight as a source of energy is first enforced only for small devices such as calculators for charging the battery, but now we are able to produced energy from the sun to supply people around the world. Of course it is not possible supply consumer sector plus firm only from performances renewable power supply. Therefore endeavour is derive benefit from classical energy production at the same time with others power supply. The basic components of photovoltaic and solar thermal power are panels. The panels are made of different materials in different shapes and sizes. During production, the resulting effect looks in addition to costs associated with production. For photovoltaic and solar thermal power plant requires sufficient sunlight. The sunshine has biggest intensity on south of ours planets. Therefore endeavour is build lump these power station just in stand with bigger intensity sunshine. One of them is just Cyprus, too.
