Právní úprava obnovitelných zdrojů energie a jejich využívání / Legal regulation of the renewable energy resources and their use

Makovec, Václav January 2013 (has links)
Title: Legislation of renewable energy sources and their use Abstract The presented thesis deals with issues of legal regulation of renewable energy sources with target on legal regulation of system of support in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains the overview of documents and instruments from international enviroment. APLIKACE ENERGETICKÉ POLITIKY EU V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE – FVE / Application of energetic policy of EU in Czech republic - Photovoltaic plants

Nešpor, Jakub January 2013 (has links)
Support for photovoltaic plants that originated before 2014, as well as support for renewable energy in general, artificially increases the price of energy and this measure has secondary effects in the form of rising prices of farmland and thus food. The regulation also creates distortions, for example on coal markets, which reduces the demand for this commodity. This thesis deals with the introduction of regulation and analysis of the motivation for the introduction of quotas in the energy policy of the European Union. Subsequent analysis evaluates the intended and unintended effects of regulation, which are not visible at first sight on this issue. The European Commission has so far not planned reassessment of policy support for renewable energy sources.

Energetická alternativa EU: obnovitelné zdroje (fotovoltaika) / EU energy alternative: renewable energy sources (photovoltaics)

Turek, Ondřej January 2009 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with current priorities of energy policy within EU region, where is a substantial emphasis placed on exploitation of renewable energy sources (RES). There is mentioned historical development in the first part as well as an actual approach to energy policy by EU. Further is evaluated exploitation of RES and their proprotion on electricity generation. I also provide analysis whether current energy objectives can be met. In the last part I deal with photovoltaic industry both in EU and Czechia. Energy extraction from sunshine is currently the most growing field industry all over the world and especially in EU.

Obnovitelné zdroje a jejich využití pro prosperitu v malých a středních podnicích / Renewable energy sources and their exploitation for prosperity of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)

Morovics, Martin January 2010 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was to examine the basic technical and technological requirements of photovoltaic technology in terms of economic characteristics, analyze the current situation in the use of renewable energy sources, especially photovoltaics in the Czech Republic with comparing to the world's situation. The thesis also provides an overview of laws and legal norms applicable in the Czech Republic and the European Union with regard to photovoltaics. The crucial part is dedicated to investment evaluation of the renewable energy (photovoltaic) projects. The author supports presented ideas with a comprehensive investment analysis of a specific rooftop photovoltaic project realized by medium sized company. In addition to evaluation process the investment recommendation is provided and the most significant risk factors of the project are identified. The conclusion of this thesis includes a single-factor sensitivity analysis of a net present value of the project.
