A referida pesquisa constituiu-se no contexto de um processo de problematização da prática educacional em física no Curso de Licenciatura em Física, da Universidade Estaudal Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP - Campus de Ilha Solteira/SP, no período compreendido entre os anos de 2007 e 2008. O objetivo dessa investigação foi analisar processos de negociação vivenciados em uma concepção de formação de professores como ação dialógica - Paulo Freire - e ação comunicativa - Jürgen Habermas. A tese defendida se refere à formação para negociações como viabilizadora de reação às invasões do sistema no mundo da vida - formação de cultura, sociedade e personalidade. A concepção de pesquisa utilizada é a investigação-ação educacional de perspectiva emancipatória, em abordagem etnográfica. Os dados são construídos por registros escritos em "Diário de Campo"; transcrições de gravações em áudio; trabalhos escritos elaborados pelos alunos de graduação; registrosm comentários e fóruns interativos interativos por meio da internet; textos de e-mails; entrevista, documentos oficiais relativos ao referido curso de graduação. Os procedimentos para análise de dados constituíram-se com base nos pressupostos de ação dialógica e comunicativa, de investiga-ação educacional de perspectiva emancipatória, de referenciais sobre negociações, análise de conteúdo, estudo analítico de discursos e textos argumentativos. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: In this work it has been presented some research characteristics and considerations concerning Education for Science doctor degree, at Education for Science Post Graduation Programme - São Paulo State University - UNESP - Bauru Campus/SP. This research has been developed in the context of an educational practice problem-posing process, at Physics 'teachers' education course, at São Paulo University - UNESP - Ilha Solteira Campus/SP, in the period of the years 2007 and 2008. This investigation aimed to analyze negotiation processes in the developing of a teacher's education conception as dialog action - Paulo Freire - and communicative action - Jürgen Habermas. The thesis in defense concerns to the formation for negotiations as a way to make possible the reaction against systemic invasions in the life world - formation of culture, society and personality. The research conception in the educational action research concept is the educational action research in an emancipatory way, with ethnographic approach. Data are constituted by: written records in "Field Diary"; audio records transcriptions; written records, comments and forums; e-mail texts; interview; teachers' education course oficial documents. Data analysis procedures were accomphished in the basis of dialogic and communicative action research in an emancipatory way, negociation theory, content analysis, analytical study of argumentative texts and discourses. Negotiation analysis has been accomplished by talking into account: negotiators and communicative spaces; negotiation indicators, elements and phases. Orientador: Roberto Nardi / Banca: Eduardo Adolfo Terrazzan / Banca: Marcos Daniel Longhini / Resumo: Esta pesquisa insere-se no campo da formação inicial de professores de Física, tendo como pano de fundo os processos de reestruturação curriculares efetuados nos cinco Cursos de Licenciatura em Física, oferecidos em Unidades distintas pertencentes à UNESP. Esses movimentos resultaram em novos projetos político-pedagógicos (PPP) e novas matrizes curriculares responsáveis por configurar o perfil docente formador. Realizou-se assim, uma análise desses novos PPP e uma análise das orientações voltadas à formação docente apresentadas pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Formação de Professores da Educação Básica, em nível superior, curso de licenciatura, de graduação plena, em relação àquelas propostas pelas Diretrizes Nacionais Curriculares para os cursos de Física, de modo a entender como tais orientações refletiram para a estruturação dos novos PPP e das novas matrizes curriculares dos referidos cursos, mantidos por uma mesma Universidade. O estudo caracteriza uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo. Os dados foram analisados com base na Análise do Discurso de linha francesa. Por meio da interpretação dos efeitos de sentidos que esses documentos passam ao leitor, de modo geral, procurou-se entender os objetivos para a formação do professor atuante na Educação Básica, as matrizes curriculares dos cursos e a natureza das atividades voltadas à formação docentes. Assim, foi possível entender que há nas legislações diferentes orientações para a formação do professor. Em alguns casos, as distintas orientações se contrapõem e, no caso específico deste estudo, isto reflete diretamente na maneira como cada curso está organizado. Os cinco cursos de Licenciatura em Física configuraram distintas matrizes curriculares e distantes PP, diretamente nos diferentes perfis docentes que estão sendo formados por uma mesma Instituição de Ensino Superior / Abstract: This research concerns with initial teachers training in physics, having as background the processes of curricular restructuring carried out in five physics teacher undergraduate programs belonging to different UNESP units. These movements resulted in new political-pedagogical projects (PPP) and new curricular structures responsible for setting the teacher education profile. The study analyzed the new PPP comparing them to the orientations guidelines present in the National Curriculum Guidelines for Training Teachers of Basic Education at the college level, undergraduate level, and those proposed by the National Curriculum Guidelines for Physics undergraduate programs, in order to understand how these guidelines reflect the new structure for the PPP and the new curricular of these courses, held by the same University. This study characterizes as a qualitative research. Data were analyzed using Discourse Analysis in its French approach. By interpreting the effects of meaning that these documents show to the readers, we tried to understand the programs goals for training basic education teachers, the programs curricular setting and the nature of the activities designed to prepare teachers. Thus, it was possible to understand that there are different orientations for teacher training in the legislations. In some cases, the different orientations are opposed, and in the specific case of this study, ir reflects on the way each programs is organized.
