In this project, the construction of a knowledge based system that provides support in the military strategic planning is proposed. For this, software stores a battle scenario and analyzes it; considering variables such as climate, terrain, enemy troops and allied troops; to determine the most appropriate military maneuver. In the validation phase of the system, 56 scenarios were evaluated to calculate its reliability, which consists of a set of indicators to measure different aspects of the knowledge based system. One of the most important is the index of agreement, which represents the proportion of cases where the result of the system coincided with the specialist. For this case, 96% agreement was obtained, exceeding the target set at the beginning of the project. / Se propone la construcción de un sistema basado en conocimiento que brinde soporte al planeamiento estratégico militar. Para esto, la aplicación almacena un escenario de batalla y lo analiza. Se consideran variables, tales como el clima, terreno, tropas aliadas y tropas enemigas, con el fin de determinar la maniobra militar más apropiada. En la fase de validación del sistema, se evaluaron 56 escenarios para realizar el cálculo de la confiabilidad, que está conformado por un conjunto de indicadores que permiten medir diferentes aspectos del sistema basado en conocimiento.
