Este aperfeiçoamento pode ser garantido por meio de sistemas de medição confiáveis utilizados no controle de produção. A calibração de um sistema de medição tem uma função importante nesse processo, por si tratar de um mecanismo que assegura a confiabilidade dos sistemas de medição, cuja ratificação é atestada por meio de certificados de calibração reconhecidos e válidos. As contribuições deste trabalho é o desenvolvimento de uma plataforma web para calibração de sistemas de medição que gerencie e elabore relatórios de calibração segundo as normas NBR ISO IEC/17025, NIT-DICLA-021, ISO GUM e EA-4/02 M. Ao desenvolvê-lo foi realizado o levantamento de requisitos por meio do modelo interativo incremental e técnicas de engenharia de software. O modelo iterativo e incremental foi adotado devido à facilidade de identificação e correção de erros entre os componentes da plataforma, além de a entrega de incrementos permitirem o cumprimento do prazo especificado. Os dados experimentais utilizados nas simulações e validação do método implementado na plataforma proposta foram retirados da literatura. / The competitive environment has required the improvement of companies concerning their products and services. This improvement can be ensured through reliable measurement systems used the production monitoring and control. The measurement system calibration of a measuring system plays an important role in this context, because it is a mechanism to guarantee the reliability of the measurement instruments. Thus, the ratification of the calibration process must be obtained by recognized and valid calibration certificates. The contributions of this work are the development of a calibration platform for measurement systems that manage and elaborate calibration reports according to ISO NEC IEC 17025, NITDICLA-021, ISO GUM and EA-4 / 02M. It was carried out the requirements survey through the incremental interactive model and software engineering techniques. The iterative and incremental model was adopted due to the ease of identification and correction of errors among the components of the platform, besides the delivery of increments allow the fulfillment of the specified term. The experimental data used in the simulations and validation of the method implemented in the proposed platform were borrowed from the literature.
