Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu vybraného podnikateľského subjektu Oknoplast Slovensko, s. r.o. Na základe skúmaných analytických metód vnútorného a vonkajšieho prostredia podniku je zhodnotená celková situácia podniku. Pomocou Králičkovho Quick testu je zhodnotená finančná situácia podniku. V závere práce sú uvedené návrhy na zlepšenie momentálnej situácie.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní analýzu vybraného podniku NAVZAS s.r.o. Pomocí stanovených analytických metod zkoumajících interní a externí prostředí podniku je zhodnocena celková situace podniku. Současná finanční situace podniku je zhodnocena pomocí Kralickova Quick testu. Na základě provedených analýz jsou v závěru uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace firmy na trhu.

The diploma thesis deals with business plan of opening a teahouse. Theoretical part defines terms connected with a business and business plan. This is followed by analyses of both internal and external factors of the business, based on which a draft of the business plan is presented, including business, marketing, financial and organizational plan and risk management. This should be a lead for the owner of the planned newly opened teahouse in Náchod.

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic business plan for the establishment of a new company running vending machines which sell fresh fruit and vegetable juices in Brno. The business plan is based upon company's external and internal environment analysis, including its own marketing research of customer demand and preferences. Business proved to be not only economically endurable but also profitable in realistic revenue development.

The diploma thesis focuses on the development of business activities of Netcope Technologies a.s. on the U.S. IT technology market. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge, which is subsequently used in the analytical part.
