This purpose of this study was to examine pragmatic differences in children with hearing loss compared to children without hearing loss by understanding use of communication repairs, self and peer attitudes and perceptions to suggest the most appropriate intervention approaches. Previous research has found use of communication repairs, self and peer perceptions and attitudes to be associated with pragmatic skills.
