The aim of this thesis is to create design of areas with different ways of using in area of Prague 5, Císařská louka and neighborhood. This design should join the requirements of nature and landscape protection and needs of city residents. The thesis is divided into three basic parts. In the first part, in the literary research is described relationship between the city and the river, the role of the river embankment in the urban environment, systems which includes area of the riverbanks and the legislative framework mentioned issues. Next, analytical part maps area of interest within the wider context as well as the concretely chosen studied area. Findings from the two previous parts are implemented in the last part of the design. This part consists of different variants of solution showing the options of area layout in the studied area. The result is a final design which joins required coordination of nature and landscape protection and the needs of city residents.

V teoretické části práce analyzuje všeobecnou charakteristiku odvětví kongresového cestovního ruchu. Praktická část posléze definuje význam kongresového cestovního ruchu v České republice a v Maďarsku a dále analyzuje postavení Prahy a Budapešti jako destinací kongresového cestovního ruchu. Zejména se zabývá analýzou a pozdějším srovnáním vybavenosti, propagace, silných a slabých stránek a současné pozice a potenciálu obou destinací.

The main goal of the diploma thesis was review of Prague riverfront situation, its adjustment possibilities and the priorities that should be respected in case of the adaptation of this area by the landsape architect. These general proposition have been verified on a specific project. Author has chosen a model area at the left bank of river Vltava, which is currently in many aspects dysfunctional or visually problematic, although it belongs to the legacy of national importance. The center of area is defined by the square Klárov which is inappropriately isolated from the Prague unique phenomenon, Vltava river. Its significance was described many times and requires interdisciplinar acces with respect for characteriistics of wider area. Chapter, which deals with analyzes a design has been processed into the well-arranged blocks of diagrams, drafts, cross sections and visualizations. Architectural design aspires to the contemporary expression of historical facts in the form of artistic elements and threds (see stylisation of the stream Brusnice or application of the terraced Italian gardens principles) as well as to the user orientated access in the particular areas and the district of the Lesser Town.

This thesis is focused on finding a new redevelopment of recreational zone on the Vítkov hill. In the introductory part we are acquainted with basic problems of public spaces and public greenery. In the second part I made analyses of current status of the area. Consequences of analyses point out several problems to solve. In the last part I proposed new redevelopment of recreational zone, which is supposed to eliminate the problems of the area.

This dissertation deals with the theoretical basis of both the concept of quality of life, its development and different dimensions of meaning, as well as with the possibilities of its operationalization and quantification (of quality of life) using sets of indicators. On the basis of comparison and compilation of existing scientific geographical, sociological and socio-economic literature, then presents the major findings in this area. The methodological and practical part of the dissertation outlines the regional differentiation of the objective quality of life in the Czech Republic at the regional level. Particular attention is paid to a case study of Prague and its subjective quality of life, through the use of sociological data obtained by field survey carried out between 2004- 2006. Based on these data, the work then focuses on evaluating potential correlations between subjectively perceived quality of life of Prague citizens, their preferences and other characteristics. Conclusion of the dissertation represents a synthesis of findings based on theoretical, methodological and practical part of the work and rating of significance of each set of input hypotheses.

Tato práce srovnává první český burzovně obchodovaný termínový kontrakt, futures na index PX, s dalšími světovými futures kontrakty a analyzuje potenciál úspěšnosti tohoto kontraktu. Tento základ je doplněn informacemi o dalším vývoji a emisích na českém trhu burzovních derivátů. Dále práce shrnuje základní teoretické a praktické znalosti o futures na index se zaměřením na český trh a jeho vývoj. Nejvíce prostoru je věnováno regresní analýze objemů obchodování u futures na index PX a dalších osmi indexových kontraktů v závislosti na čase. Cílem je nalézt standardní regresní funkci, která by popisovala vývoj této závislosti u úspěšných termínových kontraktů na index. Výsledná funkce je následně porovnána s vývojem tohoto atributu právě u futures na index PX. Tato analýza je doplněna podobnou studií u dalších čtyř velice úspěšných futures kontraktů s jiným podkladovým aktivem než je index. Analyzován je také vývoj objemů obchodvání u nově emitovanými futures na akcie společností ČEZ a Erste Bank.

The diploma thesis contains a proposal of a franchising system and strategy for the company Jazykový Institut Praha, s.r.o. The proposal is based on theoretical findings stated in specialized literature, analysis of the language services market and its outlook into the future, and also on the historical development of the company, its current situation and intentions of the company owners. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical, the second analytical and the third contains the actual proposals and recommendations.

Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je stanovit administrativní ocenění bytu v okrese Praha -- východ, a to metodou porovnávací a nákladovou. Dále zjistit tržní hodnotu této nemovitosti metodou porovnávací. V závěru se pak pokusím analyzovat rozdíly těchto ocenění a posoudit hodnoty dosažené těmito oceňovacími způsoby. Dále vysvětlím, kdy je vhodné tu kterou metodu použít. Samotnému ocenění v praktické části předchází část teoretická s vysvětlením pojmů a souvislostí užívaných v oboru oceňování nemovitostí, vyložení významu a účelu katastru nemovitostí a představení organizací zabývajících se oceňováním majetku, jak tuzemských, tak mezinárodních. Teoretická část obsahuje jak exkurz do historie oceňování tak aktuální situaci na českém trhu nemovitostí. Popsány jsou také jednotlivé způsoby oceňování a požadavky na znalce a odhadce. Teorie je použita v praktické části. Část teorie je věnována převodu spoluvlastnictví a družstevního vlastnictví do vlastnictví osobního (postup a právní rámec), neboť tato problematika je v ČR stále aktuální.

The diploma thesis focuses on the revitalization of the square Jiří z Poděbrad in Prague, dominated by the Church of the Sacred Heart of the Lord by architect Josip Plečnik. The thesis is systematically divided into theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part consists of a literary overview, which is focused on life and work of the Slovenian architect Josip Plečnik. Subsequently, the recent condition of the squares formed in the first half of the 20th century on the Czech territory is briefly described. The analytical part is devoted to the results of thorough analyzes of territory, from which our own architectural study is based. The analytical and design part is accompanied by graphic schemes, situations, cross-sections and visualizations. The revitalization seeks to create a contemporary solution that will be a representative, functional and attractive living space.
