El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar los factores de éxito que promuevan un mayor crecimiento del modelo de gestión de la Municipalidad de Surco para ser considerado un referente en otras Municipalidades de Lima con la finalidad de que sea sostenible en el tiempo y fortalezca aún más las bases del programa. En primer lugar, se presenta el marco teórico, tocando temas relacionados con el reciclaje; y como se desarrollan en la actualidad los programas de reciclaje en algunas Municipalidades de Lima Metropolitana. En el segundo capítulo, se desarrolló la metodología de la investigación, donde se realizaron las entrevistas. Así mismo, se hizo la descripción de la muestra, la recolección de datos, la guía de preguntas, los segmentos y categorías definidas para las entrevistas y finalmente el procesamiento de toda la información obtenida en las entrevistas realizadas. En el tercer capítulo se realizó el análisis de datos descritos en el marco teórico y la obtención de resultados que se formularon de las respuestas de los entrevistados, con estos puntos se pudieron responder las preguntas de investigación. Se detallaron fragmentos de las entrevistas que sirvieron como sustento para descubrir si se validaba o no la hipótesis. En el cuarto capítulo se detalló información hallada en las entrevistas, en este capítulo también se encuentran algunas barreras y hallazgos. Finalmente, en el quinto capítulo se presentó las conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas del trabajo de investigación, las cuales son producto de la dedicación en la elaboración de este documento. The objective of this work is to identify the success factors that promote a greater growth of the management model of the Municipality of Surco to be considered a reference in other Municipalities of Lima in order to make the sea sustainable over time and strengthen even more the bases of the program. In the first place, the theoretical framework is presented, touching issues related to recycling; and how recycling programs are currently carried out in some Municipalities of Metropolitan Lima. In the second chapter, research methodology, where the interviews were conducted. Likewise, the description of the sample, the data collection, the question guide, the segments and the categories defined for the interviews were made and finally the processing of all the information obtained in the searches carried out. In the third chapter, the analysis of the data in the theoretical framework and the obtaining of results that formed the responses of the interviewees were made, with these points the research questions were answered. The fragments of the interviews that served as sustenance were detailed to discover if the hypothesis was validated or not. In the fourth chapter detailed information found in the interviews, in this chapter were also found some barriers and findings. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the conclusions and recommendations of the research work, which are the product of the dedication in the preparation of this document. / Tesis
