De tal modo, considerou-se, inicialmente, as influências pelas condições de inserção social, produtiva e econômica e o incentivo pela Prelazia e instituições de assessoria que reforçam essa organização. Nesse trajeto, o Sindicato de Trabalhadores (as) Rurais motivaram lutas reivindicatórias para a melhoria das condições socioeconômicas locais em Cametá. As reflexões teóricas e a realidade prática, desses autores, mostram que as relações de promoção vêm sendo articuladas na perspectiva das transformações que tem impactado esse município, as quais foram agravadas desde a implantação dos grandes projetos na Amazônia, a exemplo da implantação da Hidrelétrica de Tucuruí, que alterou significativamente o modo de vida dessa população. Dessa forma, os trabalhadores rurais, organizados coletivamente, passaram a atuar pela superação dessas dificuldades, através de atividades produtivas como estratégia de desenvolvimento local sustentável, evidenciando a garantia de instrumentos para a produção e comercialização de frutos, com ênfase no açaí, mas também em outros produtos como a farinha de mandioca e recentemente as sementes oleaginosas. Portanto, desenvolve-se uma caracterização sócio-produtiva de Cametá, analisa-se o surgimento do STR - Cametá, a criação da CART, particularizando sua relação às estratégias de comercialização em rede por meio da organização do Consórcio de Comercialização e da Federação das Cooperativas da Agricultura Familiar e Economia Solidária - FECAFES como instrumento de valorização produtiva estratégica à organização dos pequenos produtores rurais de Cametá. / This thesis is an analysis of strategies for small farmers organized in cooperatives in search of job security and income in Cametá City, Pará. In this way, it was considered initially influences the conditions for social integration, productive and economic incentives and the Prelature and advisory institutions that reinforced the organization. In this way, the Union of Rural Workers struggles of demand led to the improvement of socioeconomic conditions in Cametá City. The theoretical reflections and practical reality, these actors, show that the relationships have been articulated to promote a view of the changes that have impacted this city, which has been compounded since the implementation of major projects in the Amazon, such as the deployment of Hydroelectric Tucuruí, which significantly changed the lifestyle of this population. Thus, the Rural workers, organized collectively, now play for overcoming these difficulties through productive activities as a strategy for local sustainable development, highlighting instruments to guarantee the production and marketing of fruits, with emphasis on açaí, but also in other products such as cassava flour and recently oilseeds. Therefore, it develops a socio-productive from Cametá, analyzes the rise of STR - Cametá, the creation of the CART, specifying their relationship marketing strategies in the network through the organization of the Consortium of Trade and the Federation of Cooperatives Family Farming and Solidarity Economy - FECAFES productive as an instrument of strategic value to the organization of small farmers from Cametá.

Paralelamente ao padrão usual, verifica-se a existência das estruturas camponesas com racionalidade oposta à patronal e trajetória tecnológica distinta, participa com representatividade do valor da produção rural, empregando maior volume de mão-de-obra e utilização mais eficiente dos recursos a seu dispor. As trajetórias tecnológicas camponesas, respaldadas pelo paradigma agroflorestal, representam na Região Tocantina uma alternativa ao desenvolvimento sustentável para a região e dessa maneira, objeto e desafio na formulação de políticas públicas para o setor rural. Assim, o desenvolvimento com equidade social, equilíbrio ecológico e eficiência econômica na Região Tocantina, passaria necessariamente pelo incentivo aos procedimentos tecnológicos das trajetórias camponesas e por mudanças na base institucional que legitima o atual modelo. / The usual pattern of the rural capitalist development in Amazônia is based on the agricultural paradigm and on technologic employment paths, which are anchored to traditional institutions which reverts its favor to benefit of public politics for the rural segment expressed by the volume of credit accessed by these agents, while at the same time the usual pattern verified the existence of farming structures with a rationality opposite to those of the employer and with a different technological path, which participates with a representation of the rural production value, employing a larger volume of manpower and having a more efficient use of the resources at its disposal. The technological farming paths backed by the agro-forestry paradigm represented in the Tocantina Region as an alternative for sustainable development in the area and in this way, object and challenge the formation of public politics for the rural sector. So, development with social equity, ecological balance and economical efficiency in the Tocantina Region, would necessarily go through the incentives of technological procedures of farming and for changes in the institutional base that legalizes the current model.
