The research of nursing staff¡¦s among motivation, professional ability and the sense of achievement.Chiu, Wen-ya 06 September 2010 (has links)
The purpose of this research is to describe the relative factors among motivation, professional ability and the sense of achievement for clinical nurses. The research method is the purposive sampling. The target sample is the 160 clinical nurses in a teaching hospital in Hsinchu County.
The recycling effective questionnaire 145, the effective questionnaire recycling rate is 90.63%, the questionnaire information has confirmed after the return analytic method, descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-tests , ANOVA (analysis of variance)¡APearson Correlation and regression analyses, obtains the following conclusion the clinical nurses care about the inside motivation most. Among the items, educational training and communication ability are placed importance to, the research ability is the lowest. The sense of achievement is the highest and the enough authorization from the supervisors is the lowest.
It appeared obvious differences among age, education level, seniority, status and departments. Inside and outside motivation affect the clinical nurses¡¦ sense of achievement.
The suggestion of this research is that the supervisors should pay more attention to the design of the motivation, develop the standard scale to match the clinical nurses¡¦ motivation, the promotion system, and the educational training to increase their the sense of achievement, the caring quality and lower about turnover rate.

國民小學教師專業能力指標建構之研究 / A research on the development of professional indicators for elementary-school teachers翁素敏, Wong, Su Min Unknown Date (has links)
本研究在建立教師專業能力之指標,主要研究方法為文獻探討後採用模糊德菲術問卷調查法。藉由文獻探討分析主要來探討相關理論與研究成果,作為本研究的學理依據;再邀請專家對問卷指標逐一確認,以提升問卷效度,作為進一步模糊德菲術問卷的編製依據,分析專家群體意見之差異性,確認專家群體意見是否趨向一致。最後根據模糊德菲術調查問卷的最大值、最小值及最佳單一值化成雙三角模糊函數,進行量化的指標統計篩選。獲得之結論如下:
一、本研究所擬定之指標共計有:教學能力、班級經營與輔導、研究發展與進修、敬業精神與態度等四個層面;在每個層面並分別有三到四個的指標,計有十二個指標;每個指標下分別含有三到九個不等的檢核項目,共計有五十二個檢核項目。
二、本研究所建構之指標系統構面依權重高低依序前三名為教學方法(15.5%)、人際關係(11.1%)、輔導知能(7.9%)。
藉由分析討論獲得結論後,提出相關建議,敘述如下:辦理相關研習,提升專業知能;建立內省能力,提升專業形象;落實教師評鑑工作,作為了解教師績效與改進之參考;教師評鑑制度要與教師專業發展相結合;應視教育現況,建構適切之教師專業能力指標;應提供多元的課程滿足教育的專業化、多元化與國際化,並因應不同生涯發展階段的需求提供教師進修研習的課程。 / The research aimed to establish the indicators of teacher’s professional abilities. Fuzzy Delphi method was utilized for data collection after the discussion of the documents. The theoretical basis of this research was derived from analyzing the documents, discussing related theories and other research achievements. Furthermore, the research was conducted to collect experts’ opinions on the indicators in questionnaires to promote their validity, which was the main basis of compiling the Fuzzy Delphi Method questionnaires. From the questionnaires, the author could analyze the differences of experts’ opinions and confirm whether their opinions could come to agreement. Finally, based on the maximum, minimum and best single value, the author obtained the following conclusions:
First, this research consists of four dimensions: teaching ability, class management and student counseling, research development and further education and professional spirits. Each dimension is composed of three to four indicators. There are twelve indicators in total. Each indicator also contains three to nine control items. There are fifty-two control items in total.
Second, according to the established indicator system, the author obtains the top three indicators: teaching method (15.5%), interpersonal relationship (11.1%) and counseling competence (7.9%).
After analyzing and discussion the data, the author brought up related suggestions described as follows: holding more workshops to promote teachers’ professional competence; improving teachers’ introspective ability to promote their professional images; reinforcing teachers’ evaluation as the reference for their improvements; combining teachers’ evaluation system and profession; according to the educational situation, establishing proper professional indicators for teachers; providing diverse courses and programs according to different stages of teachers’ life arrangement to reach the ideal of professional, diverse and international education.

In this work we make an evaluation of influence of Program to Formation of
Alphabetization s Teachers - PROFA that promotes the formation of teachers to give
instruction in reading and writing to young people and adults, attending teachers that are
working in schools of the municipal public educational net, specifically in União dos
Palmares (Alagoas), during the period of 2000 to 2001. To carry through the inquiry, we
launch hand of the qualitative research of explored nature involving theoretical study,
techniques of documentary analysis and interviews. This last one was carried through
with two alphabetization teachers that had participated integrally of the PROFA and
remain teaching in adult and young people classrooms. By means of the interviews it
was possible to catch their conceptions around the category abilities - theoretical base of
the PROFA - and to analyze the paper of the cited Program in the acquisition of the subabilities
for the alphabetization teachers. The treatment and analysis of these categories
had been possible through the studied theoretical basement. The lived methodological
passage has guaranteed to us reach the general objective of the research: to analyze the
influence of PROFA - in the formation of adult and young people alphabetization
teachers and the reflected consequence in administration of their proper continuous
formation, and the specific objectives; to analyze the governmental politics that
announce to give opportunities to the teachers, technical accompaniment and materials,
making possible to them real conditions to manage their proper formation; to identify
the dimension of Brazilian educational public politics in accord with the economic and
social politics of teachers formation into new liberal model; to analyze the existing
relation enter National Plan of Education and the Programs of Formation, PCN and
PROFA; to evaluate the "ability of managing their proper continued formation" from
the words of alphabetization teachers of young people and adults in the school net of
União dos Palmares. The result of inquiry, to the time that shows the lack of
pedagogical accompaniment in the continuous formation in service in the municipal net
of education, must give opportunities of public politics that assist the alphabetization
teachers in their conquest of material and professional conditions to be able to manage
their proper continuous formation . On the other hand, it opens spaces for the continuity
of studies in this area. / Neste trabalho fazemos uma avaliação da influência do Programa de Formação
de Professores Alfabetizadores PROFA - na formação de professoras alfabetizadoras
de jovens e adultos, o qual atendeu aos professores da rede pública municipal,
especificamente em União dos Palmares (Alagoas), no período de 2000 a 2001. Para
realizar a investigação, lançamos mão da pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória
envolvendo o estudo teórico, as técnicas de análise documental e entrevistas. Esta
última foi realizada com duas alfabetizadoras, que participaram integralmente do
PROFA e permanecem lecionando nas salas de aulas de jovens e adultos. Por meio das
entrevistas foi possível captar as concepções das alfabetizadoras em torno da categoria
competências - base teórica do PROFA - e analisar o papel do referido Programa na
aquisição das sub-competências pelas alfabetizadoras. O tratamento e análise dessas
categorias foram possíveis através da fundamentação teórica estudada. O percurso
metodológico vivenciado nos garantiu atingir o objetivo geral da pesquisa: analisar a
influência do PROFA na formação dos professores/alfabetizadores de jovens e adultos
e o conseqüente reflexo na administração de sua própria formação continuada e os
objetivos específicos; analisar as políticas governamentais que anunciam oportunizar, às
professoras, acompanhamento técnico e materiais, possibilitando-lhes condições reais
de administrarem sua própria formação; identificar a dimensão das políticas públicas
educacionais brasileiras em consonância com a política econômica e social do modelo
de política neoliberal na formação dos professores; analisar a relação existente entre o
Plano Nacional de Educação e os Programas de Formação PCN e PROFA; avaliar a
competência de administrar sua própria formação continuada a partir das falas das
professoras/alfabetizadoras de jovens e adultos na rede de União dos Palmares. O
resultado da investigação, ao tempo que nos mostra a falta de acompanhamento
pedagógico nas formações continuadas em serviço na rede municipal de educação deve
oportunizar políticas públicas que auxiliem os professores/alfabetizadores na sua
conquista de condições materiais e profissionais para poderem administrar sua própria
formação contínua . Por outro lado, abre espaços para a continuidade de estudos nessa
área.
