Esta investigación tiene como finalidad la Propuesta de un plan de mejora de la competitividad para el logro de las metas comerciales del gimnasio Poli Gym. Considerando que las personas que cuidan su salud principalmente realizan una actividad física adecuada a través de la práctica de algún deporte en especial o algún tipo de ejercicio.
