Donzelot (1986) showed that this professional has been called to work in this area since the nineteenth century, when the organization of what Foucault (2008) called the Disciplinary Society. In these institutions, the psychologist was able to develop and implement what this author called disciplinary technologies, which are responsible for maintaining the mechanism of disciplinary power with its social effects of standardization. Our present goal is to analyze the relationship between disciplinary technologies proposed by Foucault (2008) and psychological practices developed in socioassistential network services that assist children, adolescents and their families. As theoretical and methodological references we resort Foucault (2008) assumptions on the organization of disciplinary power and disciplinary technologies that may even now be present at practices psi analyzed. We also resort authors like Donzelot (1986), Marcílio (2006), Pilotti and Rizzini (2009) which dealt with the constitution of the socioassistential field. We followed some sociossistential psychologists daily activities in the city of Londrina, State of Parana, noting participatively individual assistance, groups, home visits, case discussions. We also have done readings of papers and records of attendance. The observations were noted in a logbook and then discussed from the theoretical...
