Master’s thesis engages in the analysis of customer satisfaction at PROFIcomms Company s.r.o. and recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part is focused on the method of calculating the customer satisfaction index and customer loyalty index. Then, there are described methods of receiving information, which is proceeded through questionnaire analysis. In the practical part, there is made an analysis of PROFIcomms Company s.r.o. and obtained information from the questionnaire is evaluated in detail. Based on the evaluation measures, changes and strategies to increase customer satisfaction at PROFIcomms Company s.r.o. are proposed.

Didactic Methods used in Botany Teaching at Elementary Schools Diploma thesis concerns the topic of utilizing didactic methods in the education of botanic at the grammar schools. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, there are described chosen didactic methods and current classification of botanic in the "General education programme of the basic education system". Furthermore, there is described past classification of the botanic in the "Education programme of Grammar school, General school and National school". Second part contains questionnaire results - pupils and teachers of botanic in the 7. grade of grammar school. The goal of the questionnaire was to find out, which teaching methods are used during the education of botanic, which methods are popular and unpopular with teachers as well as students and which methods are, according to the opinions of the teachers, effective and ineffective. Other goal of the questionnaire was to find out, if the teachers are using education programmes during lessons. In the third part of the thesis, there is listed my own proposal of a lesson of a chosen topic in botanic, which I have based on the results of the questionnaires. This study presents a review of teaching performance and its relation with teacher's personal and professional satisfaction / dissatisfaction that has a repercussion on their person and can lead to «burnout» or deterioration of their health and wellbeing. The main objective of this research focuses on the knowledge of the opinions and experiences of teachers about teaching performance and its repercussions on the personal and professional satisfaction and identifies the key factors of satisfaction / dissatisfaction of teachers. The results show that the positive experiences of teachers in the exercise of teaching profession produce satisfaction that lead to the personal and professional development and fulfillment. These have great influence on teaching and student learning, while negative experiences produce personal and professional dissatisfaction. / En este trabajo se presenta una revisión sobre el desempeño docente y su relación con la satisfacción/insatisfacción personal y laboral del profesorado que repercute en el profesor y que puede conducir a desgaste en su salud y bienestar. El objetivo de este trabajo se centra en el conocimiento de las opiniones y vivencias del profesorado sobre el desempeño y sus repercusiones en la satisfacción laboral y personal del profesorado e identificar los factores fundamentales de satisfacción/ insatisfacción de los docentes. Los resultados indican que las experiencias positivas del profesorado en el ejercicio de la docencia producen satisfacción y conllevan el desarrollo y la realización personal y profesional, que tienen gran influencia en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del alumnado, mientras que las experiencias negativas producen insatisfacción personal y profesional. / Neste trabalho apresentase uma revisão sobre o Desempenho Docente e a suarelação com a satisfação / insatisfação pessoal e laboral, e respetivas repercussões que podem levar ao desgaste na saúde e bem-estar dos professores. O principal objetivo deste trabalho centra-se no conhecimento das opiniões e vivências dos professores sobre o desempenho e o impacto no seu trabalho e na sua satisfação pessoal, tentando também identificar os principais fatores de satisfação / insatisfação dos docentes. Os resultados mostram que as experiências positivas dos professores no exercício da docência produzem satisfação e comportam o desenvolvimento e a realização pessoal e profissional, que sem dúvida têm grande influência no ensino-aprendizagem dos alunos. Por outro lado, as experiências negativas produzem insatisfação pessoal e profissional, podendo causar rejeiçãopela profissão.

This thesis was focused on the theme: External environment of the company. The business was chosen during the preparation and give me necessary information. Researched business called Aerosol ? Service Ltd., place of business is in central Bohemian (Pletený Újezd). The main products of the company are polyurethane foams. This dissertation was divided into three pillars. The first pillar was oriented of the external surroundings of company. These surroundings were adequately described. The next step was survey, because was needed to profile customer satisfaction. Another important step was to analyze the strongest and closest competitors on the market. The second pillar was focused on farther surroundings professionally called macro surroundings. This part has been described by STEP analysis. From this analysis was evaluated several most fundamental and long-term factors. The last pillar was focused on foreign trade, which is for company the most important. 85 % of the all production goes abroad. Here was analyzed market of European Union and final effect was chosen two best companies according to set criteria to begin new business possibilities. The main object of the thesis was to analyze the external environment of the company. In my opinion, the main object fulfilled. New findings were found in the external environment, and they are designed to changes and recommendations.
