Les quinze pamphlets de polémique religieuse de Piene de Vingle publiés entre 1533 et 1535 à Neuchâtel, font partie des nombreuses publications de l'aire française de l'Époque Moderne qui demeurent encore ignorés, en raison de peu de rééditions modernes. Parus dans un contexte de grands bouleversements, ces pamphlets révèlent des éléments essentiels à la compréhension des premiers moments de la Réforme. La violence qu'on y retrouve, telle la violence perpétrée, subie, prévue, contre un particulier, souhaitée, etc., nous amène à nous questionner sur les raisons de son utilisation. L'analyse révèle que la violence de ces écrits réformés, longtemps justifiée par l'historiographie traditionnelle comme étant une réponse aux persécutions subies par les protestants, s'avère plutôt être un procédé de ralliement. Dans ce contexte, la violence doit être perçue, non pas comme une provocation, comme on serait tenté de le penser aujourd'hui, mais davantage comme un moyen d'expression d'une époque où la violence fait partie intégrante de la société. / The fifteen pamphlets regarding religious polemic that printer Piene de Vingle published between 1533 and 1535 in Neufchatel are part of the numerous publications of the Modem Time French era. They are still ignored, because of few modem reissues. These pamphlets were published in a context of great disruptions and reveal elements essential to the understanding of the beginning of the Reform. The violence within - acted, endured, planned, against an individual, called upon or wished - brings oneself to reflect on its reasons of use. The analysis reveals that the violence of these sources, which were for a long time justified by traditional historiography as an answer to the persecutions endured by the protestant people, is rather a rallying process. Within this context, violence must be perceived as a means of expression in a period of time when violence is an integral part of the society, rather than a provocation - as one would tend to think about it today. / Québec Université Laval, Bibliothèque 2014
