: / El siguiente proyecto es un trabajo de Tesis desarrollada para Spa Vida con el objetivo de lanzar un nuevo servicio al mercado de nombre “Baños de Hipertermia”, servicio que ayudará a reducir el alto nivel de estrés que tiene el nuevo consumidor. Este lanzamiento traerá beneficios como el incremento de ventas para la empresa, así como la consolidación de la misma en el mercado de Lima y Lima Norte a través de una alta calidad percibida en sus servicios y en el caso del cliente, la reducción de su alto nivel de estrés. En base a lo indicado, Spa Vida busca llegar a todos los consumidores de Lima y Lima Norte de los sectores económicos A, B y C de 25 a 55 años de edad, que tengan conocimiento o que no, acerca de los servicios que ofrece un Spa, pero que por su perfil y estilo de vida son potenciales consumidores, Los estudios de mercado cuantitativos realizados por la propia empresa, demuestran que un 73.3 % de las personas encuestadas No conocen un Spa, mientras que un 26.7 % indicaron que Si conocían, de esta manera el presente trabajo se focalizara en atraer a los posibles clientes y fidelizar la marca a los clientes que se encuentran en cartera. La orientación de la empresa va dirigida hacia el cliente brindándole mayores beneficios y redescubriendo sus necesidades a través de los diferentes insight obtenidos de los resultados de las encuestas propias de la empresa. / The following project is a thesis work developed for Spa Vida with the aim of launching a new service to the market called “Baños de Hypertermia”, a service that will help reduce the high level of stress that the new consumer has. A STUDY IN COGNITIVE TRAINING AND RELAXATION FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE

The goal of the project presented in this study is to provide a rehabilitation system which is game based in a home environment for elderly people in order to reduce the cognitive decline and halting the progression of memory deficit problems. Recently it has been discovered that cognitive training can initiate brain flexibility and strengthen the neuromodulatory system which controls learning. At the same time we need to consider that elderly people may become stressed while using any type of technology, let alone a video game. That said, another main goal of the project is to reduce the stress level of the player while interacting with the game. The results showed that the stress reducing features used in this study was mostly effective but one of the main problems was most of the participants not having much experience with using a computer which made them more stressed.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo crear un proyecto basado en una idea de negocio, por ello tomamos como propuesta implementar un centro de descanso por tiempos donde las personas puedan descansar como en casa. Actualmente en el mercado peruano no se cuenta con este tipo de servicio, por lo cual nosotros somos el primer centro dedicado exclusivamente para descansar y relajarse de una manera distinta a lo tradicional. La propuesta de Come&Relax consiste en brindar servicios donde el cliente pueda descansar por tiempos cortos, adicionalmente tomar sesiones de masajes donde puede ir a relajarse de la mejor manera como si estuviera en casa, se ofrece un kit de accesorios, música relajante, aromaterapia, espacios para leer, tener acceso a clases de meditación o yoga. El beneficio de tomar una siesta de 10 a 20 minutos es ideal para aumentar el estado de alerta y energía, tomar una siesta de 60 minutos es ideal para mejorar la memoria y lograr un sueño profundo, y tomar una siesta de 90 minutos despierta la creatividad y emociones para un largo trabajo. Finalmente, se realizó campañas en dos plataformas digitales, donde promocionamos nuestros servicios a través de Facebook y Landing Page, la cual encontramos que existen clientes potenciales para este servicio. / The objective of this work is to create a project based on a business idea that is why we take it as a proposal to implement a rest center for times where people can rest at home. Now in the Peruvian market it is not counted on this type of service, reason why we are the first center dedicated exclusively to rest and to relax in a way different from the traditional one. The proposal of Come & Relax is to provide services where the client can rest for short times, additionally take massage sessions where you can go to relax in the best way as if you were at home, it offers a kit of accessories, relaxing music, aromatherapy, spaces to read, have access to meditation or yoga classes. The benefit of taking a nap of 10 to 20 minutes is ideal to increase alertness and energy, taking a 60-minute nap is ideal for improving memory and achieving deep sleep, and taking a 90-minute nap awakens creativity and emotions for a long job. A indústria de fundição produz uma vasta gama de itens com presença na cadeia produtiva de vários setores da economia. São gerados pelo setor, desde itens simples de uso doméstico até itens sofisticados, utilizados por indústrias de base e pelo setor de autopeças. Por ser um segmento muito importante para a economia brasileira, estudos visando melhorar sua eficiência são fundamentais para assegurar sua competitividade em relação ao cenário mundial. Segundo a literatura, um dos principais fatores que influenciam sua produtividade é o planejamento da produção. Nos últimos anos, os investimentos nesta área vem aumentando e tem recebido mais atenção do ponto de vista acadêmico. Esta dissertação aborda o planejamento da produção em fundições de pequeno porte, cujas principais decisões são: decidir quais ligas fundir nos fornos disponíveis e quais itens devem ser vazados a partir das ligas fundidas. Uma questão ainda não considerada na literatura é a obrigatoriedade de completar a produção de todos os itens de um pedido para que este seja considerado atendido e entregue ao cliente. No entanto, em muitos casos reais, um pedido não pode ser atendido parcialmente, ou seja, os itens que compõem esse pedido podem fazer parte de um mesmo item final. Em outros casos, o pedido pode ser atendido parcialmente, mas incorre-se em custos adicionais de expedição. Esta dissertação busca preencher esta lacuna, para tanto, propomos: (1) um modelo matemático para tratar o problema de planejamento da produção de pedidos em fundições de pequeno porte; (2) um modelo para tratar a possibilidade de múltiplas entregas para o problema estudado. Além disso, também é proposta uma heurística Relax-and Fix (relaxe-e-fixe) para a solução do problema integrado / The foundry industry produces plenty of different items present in various sectors of the economy. This industry is important for the Brazilian economy and studies aiming at the improvement of its efficiency are fundamental to ensure its competitiveness worldwide. As highlighted in the literature, an important factor that influences the production in the sector is the produiction planning.; In recent years, the investments in this area have been increasing and more attention has been drawn by academic studies. This dissertation deals with the production planning in small foundries, whose major decisions are the determination of the alloys to the merged and items to be produced. A question that still has not considered in the literature is the obligation to complete the production of the orders to be delivered to the client. However, in many real cases, an order cannot bi partially delivered, that is, the pieces, which are parts of the order, may be pats of the final product. In other cases, the order may be partially delivered, but with additional expedition costs. In this dissertation the objective is close that question, so we propose: (1) a mathematical model for production-planning problem of complete orders for small foundry industry; (2) a mathematical model to treat the possibility of partial delivery to the sama problem. Tato práce se zabývá různými charakteristikami komponovaných dokumentů a ukazuje potencionální výhody využití takových dokumentů v prostředí dnešního Webu. Hlavní pozornost je soustředěna na problémy spojené s validací komponovaných dokumentů. Práce zkoumá různé přístupy k řešení těchto problémů. Validační metoda NVDL (Namespace-based Validation Dispatching Language) je popsána detailně. Tato práce popisuje hlavní principy NVDL, zkoumá výhody a nevýhody oproti jiným přístupům a představuje JNVDL. JNVDL je kompletní implementace specifikace NVDL, která byla napsána v jazyce Java jako součást této práce. Popsány jsou nejen technické prvky implementace, ale JNVDL je představeno i z uživatelské perspektivy. Pro ověření využitelnosti bylo JNVDL integrováno do existujícího projektu pro validaci webových dokumentů s názvem Relaxed, aby jednoduše zpřístupnilo validaci komponovaných dokumentů autorům webového obsahu.

The main content of the thesis is the description of the current state and consequent evaluation of satisfaction with offered service. Identification of the client is also important. The thesis includes theoretical part which defines basic terms related to marketing, services and tourism and of practical part which consists of the characteristics of the resort, description of the service and results of a survey. The conclusion is dedicated to suggestions and recommendations.

Tato práce se zabývá různými charakteristikami komponovaných dokumentů a ukazuje potencionální výhody využití takových dokumentů v prostředí dnešního Webu. Hlavní pozornost je soustředěna na problémy spojené s validací komponovaných dokumentů. Práce zkoumá různé přístupy k řešení těchto problémů.
